Boot Barn — Local services in Fife

Worst experience ever! Myself, my daughter and her boyfriend thought it would be great to do some after Christmas western/boot shopping today. We walked into this store and there were approximately 6-8 employees working in the store. No one said hello upon entering. We were in this store for approximately 40 minutes, watching the employees and a manager greet, assist and check on customers in the store, My daughter and myself literally stood behind/next to an employee while she yelled over to see if she could assist a customer who had just walked in. They acted as though we were completely invisible and completely ignored us. Myself and my daughter are black and my daughter’s boyfriend is white. He walked around a bit with a pair of jeans and someone finally came up to him to ask if he could assist, when it looked as if he was going to buy something. Had just got a nice pair of Danner boots less than a month ago and the sole started to delaminate in the toe area. Which in the future I'll remember to make sure it is also sown together. But couldn't find my receipt and was worried my sale didn't get entered under my phone number and I'd be S.O.L., or that they were gonna be dumb about the return in general. Really it's like a 3.5. The store is nice, clean and has a huge selection of clothes and boots. It is a little difficult in the women's section to locate clothing items that are on display since there are SO MANY options. Sizing is not necessarily curvy-friendly, like those with larger bust areas my have a hard time finding options that fit. The patterns the clothes are made from just aren't designed for larger chests. The men's options are great and we'll organized. Easy the browse and find what your need.
