Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Fife

New update 09/30/25 Rebecca has taken over running this location and she is very friendly, attentive and service oriented. Perfect amount of chili on the meals, Been here a few times already and each time has been a great experience. They have had great meal deals.

Update, The manager is setting stiff rules for the restroom, the management has to open the restroom for you, they will not give the code to go to the restroom. That doesn’t sound too bad unless you really have to go pee after a long ride up from Vancouver and as she said, “we are busy, will get to it when we can” The Manager is very rude and sounds difficult to work for as I heard her scolding an employee for some minor issue in the kitchen. I understand she is trying to keep homeless out of the restrooms but she is going to start keeping good customers out of the restaurant with her rudeness. I consider myself a long lasting Wienerschnitzel customer from the 70’s and been coming to this location since it opened with excitement and this is the way she is treating her customers, are we not the ones who help keep the doors open here? I hope this place stays successful but treatment to customers like this will only result in one way…. CLOSURE! We are not the element you want to keep out, I am sure we are the ones you would like for us to come back

Wienerschnitzel is very consistent I have being going there since the late 70’s in So California so I was raised with Wienerschnitzel and very happy to see one open here in Fife! I love the coupons because I don’t eat cheese so getting a buck off the chili cheese fries is a win for me. Don’t forget to sign up to get your free Chili dogs...

Anthony is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL!! He claims he's a manager... I would hate to think that is this business wants their company represented! He apparently is upset that he's in a "bad" neighborhood and takes the bathroom privileges very seriously! I asked him if I could use the bathroom... he said it's for customers only. OK, cool! I get that! Then, he says but you gotta buy something first(I REALLY had to use the bathroomI've never been there so it might take some time to order!) Before i could say anything he volunteers to tell me in a RUDE manner that he has the authority to refuse the bathroom to me if he feels like I'm just buying something to use the bathroom😳 I decided he was rude enough for me to leave. I called to complain. Well, he offered no apology and proceeded to tell me the following...(all while he's yelling at me) he has had to deal with the bad environment of fife and all the bad people that come in and vandalize their bathrooms. He goes on to try to give examples of situations. I basically told him he can't take that out on everyone and treat people like this. He literally told me he doesn't care, if I don't like it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He also said his full name and said call and complain I don't care!! 🥲🙄 I told him he's losing this company money treating people like this. His actual response was, "I can lose all the customers I want, I don't care!" I told him I don't don't think the owners would like to hear that he doesn't value their customers! He ruined my first experience at this restaurant! Way to...

Edit: so I've been here quite a few times since my last review and I must say, while I understand how new the workers are, they have to get used to the tempo. There's a line out the establishment when there doesn't need to be. There's always free space after the order box that I've seen been full only a couple times out of the plenty I've been. The order-takers are somewhat slow to take orders and I usually have to repeat what I want a couple times. Most of the lady's behind the window are very nice and have great customer service skills, but there's 1 or 2 guys who are just... Not there. Sure, you might be a manager, but don't let it get to your head. You're still serving customers and should have proper customer service skills. Also don't like the fact that the 5 for $6.95 deal is no longer a thing. Was that a franchise decision or did corporate have something to do with that? Either way, annoying. ---End edit--- I don't know what other people are talking about on here but YES it is open and it is AMAZING. Thank you so much Wienerschnitzel for opening up a location on this end. It was an inconvenience driving to Everett just to get my fix but I'm happy you guys are 5 mins away from me now. I tried to go yesterday again but there's still a lot of hype and the line was insanely long, wrapping around the parking lot (reminded me of In-N-Out) so I'm deciding to go again today for lunch. I'm so happy we finally get a different fast food...
