Wow I came here in the morning right at opening. The 2 women working were fantastic! 2 cheerful strong working people with such a great personality for how early it was! I was so excited to be in an area with a Dutch brothers I stopped by this location.

Aubrey and her coworker deserve HUGE 👏 KUDOS for coming to work this location! I appreciated my baristas this morning for my exceptional coffee and great conversation!

I get a basic Americano iced with raw sugar and sometimes I do extra cream and sometimes I do whip. I'm a simple order. I usually tip a 1$ for my cheap 4$ coffee and the change makes my coffee 6$. Aubrey and her coworker impressed me so much with their great personality and upbeat chear this early 😀 I gave them a 4$ tip.

I'm living in King county. Baristas aren't this nice and happy especially in the morning. Baristas expect a tip almost as big as the drink in king county and express dislike a lot of the time in you for not giving a big tip. It makes it unenjoyable to go get coffee. Aubrey and her coworker were just happy to make me happy 😊 Aubrey and her coworker were just happy talking story and moving their morning line. Aubrey and her coworker and exceptional 👏 people!

I wish this Dutch brothers and the great staff could move next to my house in Bellevue for this happy upbeat atmosphere and great coffee! I love the consistency of the coffee.

I was so impressed the staff was working in what appeared to me to be a dangerous outside mall parking lot at 5:30 am. I wish the outside mall had some type of security driving around for an extra security step to make the mall look safer for staff and customers. But it didn't detour me from stopping by.

I was heading home from the Gig Harbor area and wanted a coffee ☕️ from a shop I love and this was a perfect fit. I saved the location. I've told 3 friends who live locally how great the coffee is and how friendly the staff is.

Aubrey and her coworker made my morning great. They were my first adult interaction that day and it lead to me having a great day! I don't get a lot of free time from my kids and had a night away. So I needed to caffeine boost to start my day correctly.

Just had my first experience with this new coffee vendor in Fife. Been watching them build this place and the anticipation has been building. So I try it for the first time and when I get there, the place is packed.

They have a couple of employees outside and they are prefilling orders to keep the lines moving along. Brilliant! My litmus test is an Americano, my go to drink whenever I am checking out a new place. 20 oz. hot cup with cream. Simple, plain and should be indicative of the quality of their coffee.

So Disappointed! Among the worst cups of coffee I've ever had. Honestly reminded me of gas station coffee... based on their drive thru advertising, cold sugar laden specialty coffee's appear to be their niche product. Hope they do well with that, 'cause their hot brew needs much improvement.

Update to my post;

Shortly after my initial post, I was contacted by Dutch Brother's corporate office who informed me that all their locations are locally owned and operated and that their company policy is that they guarantee all of their drinks to satisfy and that anytime a customer receives a drink they aren't satisfied with that they should either swing back through or let their Broista know during their next visit and they will happily make a new drink on the house.

Good to know and very much appreciated. I was also provided a QR Code eGift Card ($5 value) which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you Dutch Bros for reaching out, your customer service is...

They make you feel like family, even if it is their job. Because they are great people. The drinks are awesome. Water is always free. And they personalize down to the 1/4 scoop. I make a point to stop at each DB. The app is cool because you get to choose your own stickers. And every month there is at least one free sticker given out. (Sometimes more if there is a special holiday and event). Oh, and their fund raisers are actually for real things. None of that bullgrap "we help the people, but line our pockets" fundraisers. Real fund raising, real remembrance moments for past owners and staff, and just real support. My only problem: I wish the staff had better hours and support throughout the day. The amount of times I've pulled up and they were short staffed due to hours being cut... made me feel bad. BUT the staff still smiled and made me feel appreciated. Oh and Free Pup Cups for the whole furry family! (Sometimes with a biscuit) they always love seeing our little furry babies stick their head...
