Title: Unprofessional and Distracted Staff Ruined the Experience

I visited the establishment on 07/19/23 to grab a bagel sandwich, but what should have been a simple and pleasant experience turned into a complete disappointment. The gal who made my bagel was doing a decent job, but her excellent service was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of another staff member, whom looked like and was obnoxious like "Pippi Longstalkings."

Pippi seemed more interested in playing on her phone than doing her job, which was supposed to involve cleaning tables. It was beyond irritating to witness her blatant disregard for her responsibilities, especially when she was busy distracting other workers as well.

The atmosphere she created was far from what I expect from a food establishment. I came to enjoy a bagel sandwich, not to be surrounded by employees who lack focus and professionalism. It's disheartening to see that such negligence is tolerated by the management, as it ultimately tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment.

The fact that this behavior occurred during business hours is unacceptable. Customers deserve a pleasant dining experience, and the staff should be dedicated to providing it. Instead, I was met with an obnoxious and disinterested staff member, which left me questioning the integrity of the place.

I sincerely hope that the management takes this review seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Hiring employees who genuinely care about their jobs and the customers they serve should be a top priority. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfactory...

I went to Bruegger‘s bagels this morning before my flight. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel when I open my bagel it was sausage. I do not eat sausage I am allergic to an ingredient in it. I return to ask for what I had requested. I had no problems as I understand people can make mistakes. However when I went to hand the one that was wrong a tall husky man grabbed it out of my hand and threw it in the trash. I pointed out how rude he had been and he belittled me in front of people. Then he went back into the kitchen before I could get his name. This man does not belong anywhere working with people. I am consistently recognizing great service. Had a flight leaving from the gate right across them. It was 6am so bagels seemed appropriate. Had a siracha honey sunrise bagel. Comes with 1 or 2 eggs according to board. Was never asked from the gentleman who was preparing it. Didn't want 2 eggs but it would make sense to ask. Kind of snippy and not friendly at all. Then I went to pay and ordered a cappuccino. The person there seemed very unhappy to be there. Burnt the milk preparing it and didn't even get it right and the coffee was also horrible.

Would only eat there again if I had to cause my plane was leaning from that same gate and I didn't have time to go elsewhere. But I might even shopping eating there to just get over...
