Well let us clear the most unbelievable thing that happened last weekend. Came in from out of town to try the place out. Food was very good , so I won’t knock that. But let us talk about a total of 9 people in the restaurant, and we had to flag our waitress down 3 times for refills and simple tasks like napkins and ketchup. But hold on , hear is what I would say is the most sickening thing that happened to us. Our ditsy waitress walks up to us and says she needs a credit card to start our tab. We were like shocked and wondered what she was talking about. Like we were at some bar in college town or something. So we gave her a card and finally got our drinks before the food. So we finally finish up dinner and she never comes back to the table. Some other waitress comes over and we deal with her. We go to pay the bill with CASH and we were informed that they just run the card in file without asking. If we want to pay cash the will have to issue a credit which can take a 3 to 5 days. And to top it off they charge 4 percent charge to use the card we did not want to use. Never again, and that truly shows why the place was dead. Wouldn't recommend this place for food or drinks. The beer my husband asked for was not in stock. That's ok plenty to choose from. But $7.50 for 12oz beer? Menu stated 16oz for that price but that is not what we were served. The prices are ok.. little on the high side for the mediocre salty food served. Short staffed? I wasn't seeing that tonight. I saw a lot of staff. The dinning room wasn't all that busy. I had to keep flagging our waitress down for little things. Like napkins and the condiments I asked for when my food came out. I was told that someone from the kitchen would bring it down shortly. They never did. Started to eat before my food became cold.. my burger was burnt and all I could taste was salt. My fries were also overly salted. I waited for our waitress to come to us about refills on drinks or to just asks us how our food was. She never did. being from out of town this seemed to be the premier craft beer place in findlay from the results of my google search. initially when i walked in the door, i really liked the woodwork on the wall and thought this place knew what they where doing. i cant knock the staff because my bartender was nice but alittle pushy about me buying a beer after i bought a flight to try the beer. now i had a problem with half the menu being all stouts and majority ipa's. on top of that the beers that i did try i did not like, usually i will get a beer from a flight but not here. i really wanted to try more beers but one my bartender disappeared so i was able to try a few more beer since my flight was limited to four drinks. what kind of place only gives a four drink flight, which i kind of noticed me and my friend were the only people in the at 11:00 on a saturday night. does this place have a bad reputation among the towns people or are craft beer drinkers in findlay at a...
