Jac & Do's Pizza East — Restaurant in Findlay

First time we ordered from here 1/20/18 we get our subs and salads as we open each sub (none of which are marked) we see that our order is wrong. My daughter is allergic to lettuce and always orders no lettuce but there is lettuce on it one of the other subs was missing mushrooms. So we call and ask to have this fixed. The OWNER of this Jac n do store flies into a rage and yells at me that they are not wrong he made them he knows they are right! I asked him to send his driver back to check he refused. We had to threaten to stop payment on the credit card to which he agreed to replace the sub that was wrong and send mushrooms for the other.I have never been treated so badly in my life! Generations of my family have ate Jac n dos. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TIFFIN AVE STORE AGAIN! That man has no business being a general public business owner. Is this how senior citizens get treated there? I mean come on they got delivered to senior tower's. Wonder what he would think if I talked to his mother that way! I have ordered from jac & do's. Of findlay ohio for a while now have always loved there service an pizza, although tonight i ordered a 21in lots of meat qith extra cheese an banna peppers with cheese sticks with marinara. The person that took my order was very rude, i did not get banna peppers or extra cheese (even though they charged me for it) my cheese sticks were horriable an the sauce was so thick an old it made me sick an on all that there was a hair in my food. So i call back an try an have a polite talk with them to have some lady yell at me while talking over me an tell me that i was lieing so she goes an looks the reciept up to find out ahe was wrong an said all i can do is give you 4$ off your next order even though i paid almost 40$ needles to say my family an i will never be eating from jac an dos in...

Very disappointing! Haven't had pizza from here in forever & apparently I'm not missing anything. For a 21" with 3 toppings costing $23.50 now I would expect it to be good! The crust was awful it was thicker in some spots & rolled up on the edges. overcooked on the edges,, toppings were sparse and they sent my son's sub out on a delivery order so I had to wait for another to be made. For that they let me have the 2 cans of pop I picked up for free 🙄 we had 2 pizzas & the sub totalling over 64$ and what we got was pizza that wasn't the norm for Jac & Do's & was cold by time we got it & got home. Also, don't look at their menu online if you're wanting prices because they don't update it. I also picked up a menu at the counter but was told I couldn't have it because it was...
