Panda Express — Restaurant in Findlay

Went here for dinner tonight. Two of the three items I wanted, they were out of and I was told that they would have to make more. I said no problem and waited.

About 4 minutes later, the young man cooking called up to the young man working the counter for a container to put the fresh food in. To my utter shock and horror, the counter guy hands the nasty dirty container from the serving line, empty except for cold dregs in the bottom of dry sauce stuck to the pan. I spoke up immediately and asked what are you doing? The cook poured the new food onto this nastiness!

Then this counter kid, (with bones in his ears for earings) looks at me with dismay and says “What?”. I told him “you just put clean fresh food in a filthy pan that had been sitting empty for who knows how long”. He looked at me and just shrugged his shoulders!

Then I was shocked as he then offered in an incredible snotty tone that he could put it in a clean pan now!

These people obviously know nothing about Food Safe-Serve!!!

I told him “forget it” and that what he did was wrong and nasty and against the health code.

I turned to leave, and the kid shouts out loud, even snottier than before, to “have a nice night”!

Disgusting, illegal, unhygienic and rude!

I will never set foot in this place again and tell everyone I know, about what I experienced! ...

Food was great no complaints there my only complaint is from there one worker named Jennifer who seemed to be acting like a manager, with out acting like a manager by yelling at employee’s because the line was building and there was online orders. And she was also complaining out loud so loud that the whole restaurant could hear her complaining about someone else calling off n saying she doesn’t want to be there till 12am. She was very unprofessional and rude. And one other worker was asked by a customer to clean a table off bc they were all dirty including ours that we cleaned ourselves, as the other worker had cleaning supply’s to clean tables Jennifer yelled at her and told her to make online orders as if she didn’t want to do that herself, so she proceeds to go clean the one table and left the others dirty. This was my first time dinning in and it wasn’t what I was expecting. To say the least I’m gonnna stick to the drive threw or...

Very disappointed in this place. I have eaten here a few times now and the service just gets worse. The 1st issue was a few weeks ago when they refused to make an entree they were out of. However they were making more of other entrees. They also served less than a full portion on an order but claimed it was a full portion. I only realized at home that there was only 1 piece of the meat in the order. The 2nd bad experience was today. We went to go in as the drive thru line was long and the doors were locked. No note or explanation except from a customer eating in The restaurant stating that no help showed up and that they cannot Keto the items stocked nor did the have all there food. We went elsewhere and probably will not be back. Wishing I can give a less than 1...
