Mi-Tequila Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Findlay

Ive only eaten here twice. When we arrived we were seated immediately due to there being no other customers. Our server Alex got us our menu, chips, and salsa. I pour out the salsa and find a hair in it as I scoop a chip in it. I tell my server and he tries to tell me it wasn't a hair, I work in the food industry and I know what hair in food looks like. I found that highly disrespectful that he lied to me like that. After that we waited 10 minutes for him to bring me another salsa. 20 minutes go by and were ready to order, he stops by and asks us if we want more chips. We've been here for 45-50 minutes and this guy hasn't even taken our order. Once he took our order I got the enchilada supreme for 12.99 and I was impressed. I didnt find a hair in my main entree, it was nice and affordable, and most importantly tasted amazing. I'd recommend rancho fiesta over this place considering I've been there more and have never had an experience...

Some of the worst service I've ever been given. There was hair in my salsa, I went to let someone know that I was done for the night, between the attitude of my waiter and the hair. I would pay for my drinks and go. Watched the person I talk to, talk to my waiter, and he still brought out my food and said he never heard anything when I was watching the whole time. I straight watched him notice me looking at him and he hid behind a plant. Like come on! I went into the bathroom to find the toilet full of people's urine and feces, I went to flush it for them, didn't even work! There was exposed wire in the bathroom at the lightswitch. I'm local and have been to this restaurant numerous times throughout my ENTIRE life. I cannot explain how disappointed I am, I will not...

I am so torn on this review... there are so many factors when reviewing an establishment... so here is the breakdown

Food - 4 Stars Cleanliness - 5 stars Price - 5 stars Portion size - 4 stars Service - 2 stars (this is why I am torn. Our waitress was not very friendly. She couldn't / wouldn't make small talk or offer an out going personality! If this issue could be addressed and corrected I would be will to give it another try...
