We hadn't been here for awhile and thought we would try it again as we seemed to have liked it in the past. After our most recent visit, I have to say, it will be our last, at least for another 10 years when we forget our last experience. The service was lackluster to say the least, even reaching in front of us to grab a plate that wasn't fully finished. The salsa wasn't fresh and had too many huge pieces of cilantro in it, which is totally fine if you like dipping your tortilla chips in Softsoap. I realize prices of everything in the world has gone up since Covid, but I also wouldn't expect this place to cost the same as our trip to a Japanese steakhouse with duck and sushi just a day before. I suggest skipping this place if you are in town and heading down the road to Casa Fiesta. You will pay less, get better food, and may even want to send me thank you...

For the most part an inoffensive, middle of the road (tex)Mexican restaurant. It's a pretty standard affair, come in, be seated, chips and salsa dumped at the table. Chips were ok if a bit bland. The salsa was (as is apparently common in Findlay) premade and cold. I've determined that most places make a huge batch of their salsa and then refrigerate it until it is absolutely needed. As a result the salsa is unnaturally cold and has lost too much flavor for it to be worth noting. Decor is the traditional faux-mexican stuff. There are a lot of menu options which was nice to have the variety. Our food came out quickly and was good. Not too spicy but not so inoffensive as to be tasteless. Loss of one star because of how hard it was to get drink refills...

Rancho Fiesta is a favorite for my wife and her family. They have been going here for years and eventually I was grandfathered into the experience. I have been here about 10 times, and while I have had very few bad experiences like unflavored protein or inconsistent tastes each time, overall this is a great experience.

The waiting staff is always great and willing to bring out as many chips, drinks, salsa, and anything else that you need. Each person gets their own salsa bowl as well which is a nice touch.

The food is usually great. I normally get the fajitas and the display with the candle is always fun. I do wish the fajitas were cooked longer, specifically the shrimp, I usually finish my meal.

Will come back at whenever I’m...
