Arby's — Restaurant in Fishers

This Arby's location is usually my family's go to when we are too busy to cook at home. The food, service and atmosphere are usual ok even there are younger guys working there. I normally go in. Today I went through the drive thru. My food was a complete mess. Only food that was decent was the happy meal. The guy sounded so disappointed that I even decided to come and order food. Each item I asked for one by one, he kept saying anything else in an uninviting tone. Hoping I didn't order more. I got to the window he looked very upset. He took my card. I spent $44. All of the sandwiches look like someone threw them in a wrapper without assembling them properly. I open one and this is what they thought of my order. Take a look....

I get something saying they apologize by email that's all you will get from them. They offer $5 something that i never received......

Avoid this Arbys. Since moving close to this location, I’ve been twice and the food was subpar. Today I decided to give it a try again and I ordered two items; a medium curly fry and a small mozzarella stick. After waiting 10 min at the pickup window I was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. After waiting another ten minutes I went inside and they had not even started prepping my order until I had reminded them. When I asked for a refund, they issued it to me with no remorse or apology. I left with no food after waiting 20 min. Not only should it not take 20 min for two menu items but they didn’t seem to care at all that I had waited that long. I never write reviews but this experience really frustrated me and just confirmed to never go to this...

I was not happy with my last visit. I get stuff happens, but what drives me nuts in an inability to remediate the problem. I ordered ranch doing sauce with my order. The guy hands me my bags, didn't say anything just looks to the next order. So I pull forward to let the next guy through and that's when I find out they didn't put my sauce in. I try both of the doors and they are locked so my only option would be to go through the drive through again which now is four cars deep. What am I supposed to let my food get cold because they forgot the sauce? I'm not eating arbys again until they open...
