My beautiful wife and I were in Indianapolis today, and came across this wonderful restaurant. Haven’t had or even heard of Yemen food before. It was really delicious. First off, we thought we couldn’t find it, but you have to go into the grocery store, to enter the restaurant. Easy enough. I asked a couple of questions about some items on the menu, and the guy taking our order, answered the questions and helped us order. The food was so good! You get pretty big portions and it is so good that it’s hard to make yourself stop eating. After eating, chatted with the guy for a few minutes. I’ve tried “chicken Haneeth”, and I love the portions “generous amount of rice”, well spiced and minced chicken. Don’t forget to ask for the sauce “دقوس” with rice, it takes the dish to another level.
