Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Fishers

I LOVE Graeter's. I'm from Ohio and when I found out we were getting one in Fishers, I could've thrown a party. I've visited multiple times a month since they've been open and have always had perfect customer service. That ended tonight. Mindy (apparently the general manager???) checked us out this evening and she couldn't have been more rude. We purchased 6 pints. When we got to the counter, I asked if she minded entering my phone number for rewards and she snapped, "I'm not there yet!" Once she scanned the pints she threw them into a bag, yes, threw them. She was extremely hasty and rude through the entire transaction. I will be calling next week to get contact information for her superior.

Aside from her, I would definitely recommend Graeter's to anyone who loves amazing ice cream. I hope the Fishers location can get Mindy's attitude problem worked out. As it seems, from other reviews, this was not a one time...

If you want quality ice cream but absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful service then look no further. Walked in to buy two pints already prepared fifteen minutes prior to closing and ordered three strawberry shortcake’s to go for my kids at home and the young female behind the counter gave me the look of disbelief because I would place such a order fifteen minutes prior to closing. Here is a great idea ? You work until your posted hours of business maybe ? I asked politely if it’s because they are getting ready to close and she said ( well ya in fourteen minutes ) so I grab my two pints and told her not to worry about it. Manager should consider teaching young employees about operating hours and how to serve a customer. They definitely lost my family’s business. This is what’s wrong with our society. Nobody wants to work until the jobs done but instead shut it down early so they can go home...
