This location has been our go to for numerous events and has been the delivery source for our 338 unit community for months. I scheduled an event with Mike and attempted to order a sandwich from them hours before the event - I was unable to take a lunch due to getting everything ready for the next day- to then find out by a rude and disrespectful employee that they no longer service our addresss? Then please tell me why I have been working with them for a few weeks leading up to the event if they don’t even service our area? I will no longer be working with this location and providing our residents with their marketing material. The new manager Mike is rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. From the phone call I just had with the employee insinuating that I called the wrong store? They have worked with us for months and failed to tell us that they changed their delivery zone. I never once raised my voice, I was kind, and was just confused about the situation as I am promoting a location that NO LONGER delivers to my residents, what’s the point? When a company makes a change such as this, they should notify the businesses with whom they partner with. Now just hours before the event the manager cancels on me and is unable to provide me insurance documents that they have provided in the past? Jeni was an amazing manager it’s sad to see her replaced with the...
Read moreThe best sub in town: spicy east coast Italian, I ordered a roast beef little John but when I picked up my order and took it home they made my a veggie little john, I wasn't going to complain because the sandwich they made me was very good. However, that wasn't the sandwich I ordered. I still love you all food. update I went to my favorite joint to pick up some sandwiches, this is the problem. I ordered my sandwich with mustard, but I didn't get it they put the mustard on my wife's sandwich. Every time we come here something is out of place or missing, while I like your food. If you tell us to pick what we want and we do that then you make the sandwich however you guys want to, it defeats the purpose of us choosing what we want. I'm not sure if you are rushing, not following instructions or you all don't care, I have tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but you keep messing orders up and maybe I should take my business somewhere else. We pay money to get our food made the way we want it not how you guys feel like making it. I enjoy the taste of your food if you could follow directions this could be so much...
Read morePoor experience, filed complaint online. GM contacted me 2 days later to tell me I was wrong, he had the right to refuse to sell a menu item (they were 'nearly' out of stock) and continue to cut me off while I was trying to explain that his staff was rude, dismissive and ultimately wouldn't accept my order. JJ should really vet their managers/ face of their franchise better.
Not a great experience at all. You would think given the amount of complaints on here that they would try a different approach to resolving them, but instead it appears they would prefer people just get sub sandwiches elsewhere.
No problem, lots of sub places in Fishers/Noblesville.
I would recommend you give your money to one of those places vs going to this Jimmy John's moving forward. Drive thru always has 5+ cars in it (because they are slow to make food, not busy), the lobby is nearly always closed, the staff is rude, the managers are not great at managing anything (including inventory and prep apparently) and they don't care if you want to dine there or elsewhere. I'll take you up on it and...
