Usually no problems here until recently. Went at around 1:40-2:00 AM on 9/3 and the service was non-existent. Went through the drive-thru where they asked āDo you want to earn extra points by checking in with the Taco Bell app?ā I said āNo. Iām just here to pick up an order for (my name)ā I received no response and even waited another 5 minutes. I left and went back around immediately, got asked the same question where I gave the same response. Still no response. Incredibly rude. So then I have to park my car and go inside to the closed lobby thanks to ill-communication just to get any information about my order (That we placed 10 minutes before arriving to the store) and all I got from the woman inside was āDining room is closed. Weāll make it but you have to go through the drive-thru.ā Really? I just did. If your dining room is closed maybe lock the doors, genius. Then as Iām walking out I have to hear the staff complaining about how āWe aināt even open, man!ā You sure about that? Youāre in the kitchen making peopleās food arenāt you? Went back to the drive-thru for the third time where someone in front of me was serviced with no issue. Iām sure they were asked the same question I was asked. They ordered a single soft drink and pulled up to the window and got their drink immediately. Are you kidding? So then I get to the window and they still donāt know who I am. Lady says āAre you picking up for (someone elseās name)ā I said āNo. For the third time, Iām here to pick up an order for (my name)ā She then tells me I have to wait around front for an order we placed 10 minutes prior to even showing up. At this point I can see inside the store where she proceeds to the back towards the restrooms and is never to be seen again. Just leaves my order in the hands of the ingrates in the kitchen. Not that she would even remember the name on my order because the entire staff that night seemed to have short-term memory loss. No one was there besides the staff and there was absolutely no reason I should have had my time wasted like that. All I got was a half-assed apology while the I will never go to this establishment again. Went home and found that two of the three tacos youāre supposed to receive with the Luxe Box were missing. They made my food sloppy and the product was hard and stale customers are paying good amount of money for there meal please do understand mostly are regular customers if you are going to let your customers wait long period of time at least make them freshly made food I guess you guys don't worry about the sos š or smg so you should take time to make it correct food for your customers and all from crew to management let's be professional we all understand that quitting one quick service and going to another one is in the past jobs opening are getting slim so please focus on keeping your job so you can pay your bills. I will follow up with the franchise president Taco bell to make sure this location doesn't follow other Taco bell brand to not care about food they making or the customer service. I just released one of the most vile and rotten bowel movements of my life and it jogged my memory of a recent experience at this dining establishment. We go here at least twice a month and every single time they get my girlfriend's order wrong. We order from the app ahead of time to give the employees time to get it right. My girlfriend is vegan and Taco Bell is one of the few fast food restaurants that have an accomodating menu. Before I even pull up to the window I always ask at the speaker "Hey, I just want to double check that there's no meat, cheese, or sour cream on these items" I always get a reassuring "Yes, we've made them without those items" I always respond with "Are you sure? It's reoccurring that it's not actually correct" they reassure again and it's literally always wrong. I like leaving fair and honest reviews. I always give a business time to correct mistakes before leaving an unfavorable review. In the case of this specific Taco Bell I'd recommend eating at one further down the road. One last thing, when ordering from the mobile app you have to give your name at the drive-thru. Everytime I pull up I say "Hello, I placed an order on the app. My name is Ryan" well the most recent experience here (Saturday night 6-26-21/Sunday morning) the person at the drive-thru was pretty rude and condescending because I gave them my name.
