McDonald's — Restaurant in Fishers

3:28 pm Sunday: As soon as we walked in a manager yelled the f word at another employee (not sure of the reason, but we joined other customers already standing at the counter). No one was there to take orders so said manager screams to the back for two people to get up here! Then after everyone was clear the manager seats herself in the lobby on break and proceeds to yell across the store corrections to employees....even confronted a late employee as she walked in. I’m sorry but none of this was professional or necessary to do from the lobby in front of customers. All of this should have been handled away from the front of the store. Degrading employees in front of customers does nothing to create loyal hard working staff!!!! Get a clue. Also, employees were up front discussing being fired from a job....I’m sorry, but customers don’t care. Wait until they are gone to discuss or discuss it more quietly. If you are so clearly unhappy with your situation....change it! Having said this....the store was pretty clean, but mistakes were abundant. One item ordered....made wrong, but the girl was polite when she gave both...

Nearly every trip I make to this McDonald's for early morning breakfast ends up with a wrong order. I'll order an sausage egg white delight and get a regular egg mcmuffin. I'll order a hot chocolate and they gave me coffee. I once ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and ended up with a steak and egg sandwich.

So finally I decide to park and go in instead of using the drive thru (which isn't that busy anyway). Another couple was waiting infront of me baffled as to why they weren't being served. Eventually a lady who seem scatterbrained at the idea that there were customers waiting at the counter came. After a while wait I finally get my food. Even after it showed up on the ticket correctly...even after the lady announced the correct food I ordered, I open my bag and...WRONG SANDWICH. They had apparently mixed my sandwich up with the couple who had been infront of me. We both had special orders with specific tags on the wrappers too. It's too comical for me now to be mad. I'm just gonna wait it out for the Taco Bell down the street to open and officially be a breakfast...

It was a busy drive thru, so I went inside. There was only one person in line. After they ordered I moved up to the counter. I stood there at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. So eventually I stopped an employee to ask them to take my order. Took about another 10 minutes to get 2 McChickens (that is all I wanted). While I waited, it was complete chaos behind the counter and it sounded like they screwed up everyone's order. Lol One person parked and they guy walked their food out to them, but came back in and out to the same car 3 times because they forgot things on the order. Just craziness. And to ice the cake, one of my McChickens were barely cooked, and soggy with no crunch at all. So I threw it away so I didn't get sick from it. I would just go to the next one, a couple miles away. You will get sick here from the employee's lack of care. I also saw a lot of fries and food on the ground in the kitchen, and people were just stepping on it, spreading it...
