If I could give it negative stars I would. The people that work here can't get a single order right. They always screw up orders, without fail. They will either give a meat pizza when ordered a vegetarian or miss sides like wings or garlic knots. They deliver food with sauce packs open or deliver a completely incorrect order. They give you options of refund and a promise of a correct delivery but screw that up too. I have had 3 to 4 different instances of this happening. I didn't even bother about it the first few times but the irresponsible staff keep doing it over and over again. On calling their manager, it seems like complains like this don't matter. Hanging up the call multiple times after making these errors, almost behaving like they know their jobs are safe irrespective of what kind of poor, pathetic service they deliver. The only thing one can do is never ever order from this location. If there is a corporate office that tracks these things, take note.

Read morePast couple times they have messed up our orders. Tonight was the worst. I called the manager for a refund because it took so many times to get us the right items and they still didn’t get it completely right. The manager said the system will not allow him to refund our money. He was saying that he personally took our pizza out of the oven and cut it. It sounded like he wanted kudos for him personally getting the second pizza ready. He also said that I would have to do a search to find the corporate phone number and they MIGHT be able to help us. He should have that number available to give to customers. He acted like “sorry about your luck”. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
