Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

Walked in at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. When I came in one employee was on the phone dealing with an order and another employee was preparing a pizza. No one greeted me when I walked in. I waited a few minutes until the lady making pizzas walked over to help me. I told her that I had ordered online, she said "oh, you need to pick up over there" and walked over to the other side of the store to get my pizza. She handed it to me and I said, I would like to add on to my order. She then told me, after sighing, that I needed to stand in line again which was 5 people deep. The employee then didn't help another customer and let the rest of the employees deal with the backlog of customers. If you are that upset with your job or stress out at the prospect of having a lot of customers at one time, you probably shouldn't work during prime time dinner hours. I will never use this Papa Murphy's again. Terrible...

When completing my transaction with discount tonight, the price didn't show up as I was using my card. I checked my account and the full price was charged. When I asked for it to be fixed the cashier had to call. All of that is reasonable. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the transaction won't close so we can't give you one. I asked how I would know the charge wouldn't change if the transaction wasn't closed and they answered with, it's just a bunch of 16-17 year old working here on the weekend, I don't know how to fix it. I ordered a stuff pizza half pepperoni and half cheese with the cheese bread and cookie dough. Well I get home to realize there's no pepperoni it's all cheese and not alot of cheese mostly sauce abd the cookie dough wasn't even half full and looks like someone was sticking their fingers in it I let that go but called over my pizza they questioned me about 20 times told me to come back there after 10 min of going over what was wrong then I get up there for 2 ladies to want to argue how it was right and it wasn't had my recipe brought other pizza with and still want to argue and not see the other pizza.
