Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Visited the Dunkin Donuts off the highway in Leominster and Guido is the manager at the time very kind was apologetic wanted me to go back and would give me my breakfast for free because I've been visiting there three times and they prepared my breakfast sandwich wrong so I have to say I had to give up because I didn't want to risk it he did offer to make himself I just don't think that a manager should go that far having a staff available to him and I know what it takes to be a manager at dunkin's because I was won in the past not easy but the people that work there chose to work there they should choose to do better at their jobs pay more attention train the people that are there morning times to avoid all these mistakes with food.. I don't think a ham and cheese toasted in a croissant isn't too difficult .. good luck Guido .. you are kind but need...

Terrible Experience with the drive thru. There was a sign on the speaker box that said to be patient because of new employees training so I braced myself for a long wait in the line. I made my order and then waited 20 minutes for them to fulfill the orders of the 2 cars ahead of me but when I finally got the the window they asked my what my order was again so I told them. They then said that they didn't have what I ordered. So asked them why didn't they just say that when I originally ordered it instead of having me wait in line for nothing, and their reply was that there were busy. Busy when there was only two cars ahead of me. Dunkin' lovers beware, this isn't the store you want to go to. there are others...

I am 71 years old and asked to use the rest room. I was told I could not use the bathroom unless I made a purchase. I told this loud mouth rude women that my husband was placing our order. She told me I could NOT use the bathroom until the order was completed. Still loud and rude and bossy she informed me they made these rules because of the University. I asked her do I look l go to the University? She still made me wait. When I finally got to use the bathroom it was so dirty. Water and big clumps of hair on the floor. The lid was up and dirty and the toilet had not been flush or cleaned.?? So...
