I have been contemplating making this post, but I feel I must. Last night on 5/15 at around 8PM, I came to this new Jersey Mikes location in Flagler. The overweight male with brown hair (I'm sorry for my description but I am unsure of his name) took my order. He did not welcome anyone into the store. There were a few customers, but not too busy. I ordered my sub, he did not ask me what kind of bread I want. And then turned around to absolutely degrade the rest of the staff on that night. I am not sure if this was a shift leader, but I'd assume as much because of the way he was dictating every employees move. One employee tried to bring out a freshly cleaned cutting boards to work on. This man turned around, and extremely rude and condescendingly told the employee no we will not be using a clean cutting board cause it was the end of the night and he didn't need anymore dirty dishes and I quote "One turns into another into another and then we have a bunch of stuff to clean". When an employee attempted to make more rosemary bread, which I didn't even know you sold because he decided to not tell us cause he was lazy and didn't want to make it. He started to yell at the employee "Bread is Bread all the customers can have the same bread". I was appalled. My sandwich finally comes out. At this point I'm shaking so upset for this employee. Every customer in the store is looking at each other in shock. The then tells me no lettuce sorry. One customer walks out they had enough. I continue to stay. Then the female employee tells the shift leader, I think we should cut the lettuce the customers want in. Again the "shift leader" starts up "it will cause dishes and one dish turns into another into another, they get what they get". I couldn't believe what was going on. The man then started throwing coupons at everyone once he realized we were looking at each other. My sandwich finishes up. The sandwich is then passed to the register for wrapping. I had already paid. Now I'm just standing there 2.5 mins. This man will not wrap my sandwich. When the female employee finally finishes the family behind mines order. He grabs her makes her come wrap it up and tells her very rudely "you can not ever touch another sandwich until you wrap this one first. I was appalled. I took my sandwich in shock and looked at the "shift leader" and he said "atleast you got a coupon". I could not believe my ears. Still a day later, I am just as upset. I don't even care about the $40 I spent or the Diet Pepsi I paid for that you didn't even have. Or the lettuce missing for my sandwich. I am upset that this is the culture of this store, some of the most antisocial behavior I have ever seen in humans let alone employees of a new business in town. Shame...
Read moreThis is a brand new jersey Mike’s location and I was happy to have it in our area. I came in to order a few sandwiches for the family and had to wait to be waited on or even acknowledged. One of the female employees was working the grill a younger gentleman was sweeping up, and another girl had her back towards to me texting. After about five minutes, I actually said is anybody working here today or what? The girl at the grill acknowledged me, but of course she was busy with her duties. The other girl told me she didn’t hear me come in the door did not chime to let her know that someone was coming in and she was texting her boss. The food was great, but if you don’t get good employees quickly, the location won’t last. Here in Palm Coast were Big on customer service....
Read moreI’ve been maybe 4 to 5 times, every single time, no joke, they forget the bacon on my sandwich. It is one of the three meats on the sandwich, it is not that difficult to forget, and they forget every single time. This time I had gotten it delivered through the app and there is no way I can get a refund on the app and no way I can call customer support because there is no customer support number, I called the store and they told me that I would have to contact DoorDash, even though I never ordered it there. This is so frustrating bro I literally just...
