Update!! My husband went to the east side Jack in the box today even though I told him not to and tried to get us jumbo jacks with no cheese and they both had cheese! Nothing's changed and no the manager never did get back to me to make up for the last three times!1st post... hadn't been to Jack in the box in a few years but loved jumbo jacks, so I stopped in and grabbed one. I asked for a jumbo Jack no cheese please I'm allergic to dairy, got home there was cheese on it. 2 days later I went and got another one I stressed that I needed no cheese she said okay, I was in a hurry trying to get to work did not think about it because I was so adamant about it but when I got to work and opened it there was cheese on it :-( so then I went yesterday and explained to the very nice girl the trouble I've been having all week, and she said no worries I'll take care of it this time! I got the burger, I said so no cheese right ? And she said absolutely I made sure of it!! I sat right there and opened it in front of her and tada there was cheese :-( I love jumbo jacks but I don't understand the miscommunication, every time I've gone there, there has not been a line so I just don't understand. Still love the burger the people are great but can't seem to get an order right for anything: (... I threw away $18 in burgers: (UPDATE so it's been a little while now, and Jack in the box reached out to me through an email and said they wanted to resolve this. I jumped through many many many hoops to explain what happened and to go through what they wanted me to, and they never got back to me! So I then got an email asking how happy I was about the resolution. Crazy... And this is why I went down to one star!You would think a company this big could just fix this. Read moreWest side location noted their sandwiches come with pickles, but not onions. And that the west side has received numerous complaints that the east side excludes pickles. Pickles are a cheap item, let alone onion, and they exclude both. Not only that but given that they are to come with pickles but they exclude it. They additionally request you PURCHASE the pickles that should come on the sandwich (which the east side says it comes with). So this is simply operator error and greed. To exclude a item it comes with, then if you want it to charge you a extra cost. And pickles are really cheap. Go to your local store and see the cost of a jar of pickles. Let alone the cost of onions which are also cheap. You get charged a high price for the sandwiches that exclude 2 cheap items. Yet go to other fast food places that same item is half the cost and includes it. It's really stupid. A more logical choice is to include the cost of onions into the sandwich. Instead of simply excluding it. Less issues, less worries. On to another point ... their salads used to be nice. Lately notice they fill them half as much as they used to as well. Not only that but the quality is down. Usually the salads taste old. Had to stop buying them, used to buy a salad a few times in the month every month. So that's a lot of business they lost from me there. If their quality and service keeps declining. The other fast food chains will get my business. And I encourage anyone who keeps noticing a decline in quality to also buy elsewhere. A business gets service because it is kind, courteous, provides a good product. Read moreI went for lunch and had the worst experience with this establishment. The staff member was so rude and unprofessional to myself and the person I was with. I had ordered my food and went back and ordered another burger. Received the burger before the first order which was salad and a taco. The tacos were cold and when I asked the staff member why I hadn't received the salad order I placed first she very rudely yelled at me stating she didn't take the order, and walked away laughing. I asked for the manager and she laughed and walked away. Finally I asked another staff member for the manager and she came out. Like I told her, you just never know who's sitting in your dinning room that I am a Google guide and secret shopper. She said ok. I told her that her staff member was rude and the rudest I have ever came across. She said ok. I will never go back to this establishment and being treated like we were I probably won't be returning to any other jack in the box. Shame on you and the staff member and the manager..
