Atmosphere 10/10..too bad decorations don't fill your appetite!! Very watered down. Not spicy, not authentic anything!! Just plain pre packed processed frozen foods heated to perfection . Canned enchilada sauce ? Sure why not. Packaged taco shells?? Sure cause frying a tortilla might be too hard for ya hu? The only attention this place will get is unaware travelers fooled by good looks. Very watered down amercanized Mexican food for ppl who don't have the taste buds for real Mexican food.

It's like a fancy taco bell for tourists who want the experience of a Mexican restaurant in Arizona. Please don't claim this as "authentic" anything. This review isn't written in anger or frustration of bad service. It's just brutal honesty. ...this isn't Mexican food. It's the illusion of it for people who've never had real Mexican food . ✔️ It's a one and done for unsuspecting travelers . Some ppl actually think this is authentic cause they don't know any better.

The moment we walked through the doors, we felt something special about Los Tapatios. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, like stepping into a place where everyone knows your name and you’re exactly where you belong. We ordered the Mazatlan burrito and the Poblano chicken burrito, every bite was flavorful and no, it wasn’t just a meal—it was comfort on a plate. This restaurant has now become our weekly go to for Mexican food. The service is great, which is rare for Flagstaff. Nezy is very respectful of the guests, is extremely polite and very friendly. Also, October is very polite and friendly as well. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming, it is also kid friendly. They have really good, unlimited chips and salsa, which is great. The food is off the hook, I’m not big on Mexican food, but this place has me eating there once a week now. Their prices are very reasonable as well, I would definitely recommend eating here.
