I used to come here every Friday and spend as much as $50 to grab a bite to eat (I'm a hungry man after working my hard job) while I waited for my laundry to get done. I don't have time to just do laundry or just eat I'm not only always on the move I'm always multitasking. Figured why not charge my $2,100 ebike battery for a while while I'm waiting for laundry and eating. Never had a problem and then one day a lady comes out and says 30 minute limit so I unplugged and left overlooking it thinking no big deal I get 100 miles on a charge. Next week I come back don't put my ebike on charge here and Same as usual get a bite to eat ($30+/-) 15 minutes and halfway through my meal I step just a stones throw away to the laundry and change my clothes to the dryer returning in less than 5 minutes to finish my half eaten meal receipt still on the table showing I hadn't been there but maybe 20 minutes. I go to ask for the restroom and AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH RECEIPT and meal right there was told no because I left and came back. I could understand if I'd finished my meal, been there for an hour or left for 15 minutes to half an hour but I was gone less than 5 minutes and hadn't even been there that long or finished my meal. If I'm not allowed to use the restroom AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I will no longer frequent this place. First time in my life I've ever been denied The restroom as a paying customer. We go through DT every evening and customer service gets worst day by day. This evening they couldn’t get 4 whopper sandwiches 2 add chz plain and the other no tomatoes right! They keep saying “I’m sorry what was that” as busy as this place gets they no any afford to get DT speaker fixed or brand new headphones? I asked DT cashier and she had an attitude then she starts making smart remarks, the heavy set lady at the window, then comes a shift leader and she’s telling him something which is probably putting words in her customers mouth. We are tired! Long day!
