I arrived 2-minutes after this location was supposed to be open, but it was closed. However, my pulling on the locked door seemed to remind the employees to open for the day. Once they noticed me standing outside, who I think was the manager came and unlocked the door, but didnât open it for me and/or greet me. I approached the counter and waited for said manager to take my order, when she ask, âWhat do you want?â I ordered an iced coffee, as this employee reluctantly prepared my order. Once done, they placed it on the counter in front of me and began walking away. Thatâs when I replied, âThank you, have a nice day.â With their back turned to me, they said, âYou too.â I left feeling like a burden, and feeling sorry for everyone else that works there and with this person. Staff was always helpful, once it happened that they were out of something that I pre-ordered online so when I got there they offered to give me basically anything else instead of it.
