This is by far the worst department store to ever deal with. I bought a cover for my comforter that I was not happy with and tried to take the item back. Unfortunately I lost my receipt but they told me over the phone that they could reimburse me cash for the last sale price they had. I was fine with that so I went down there and a younger kid scanned it and said he just needed to get an override from the other lady at customer service (Nina) who was very unprofessional and told me she never said they would reimburse me. I stated "the kid right next to you said all you need to do is override this and everything will be fine (and Iwas keeping my cool the whole time)". She said that she would not override anything so I asked if she could get the manager and she calls security over. Then the Target security guy tries to explain why they wont return the product. At this point I was so upset I just left and e-mailed the corporate office. I just got off the phone with them and they said they will have to send the issue to another department and it's not gauranteed anyone will get back with me. What kind of company flat out tells you they are sorry for the bad experience and we may not get back to you to tell you if we can help you out. Even that guy said they could refund up to $75 cash with a valid drivers licence per year. I have never brought anything back to Target in my life so what is the issue. They run you through circles and could care less if you are satisfied or not. My advise, GO TO WALMART!!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband recently had the rudest customer service experience EVER, with a staff member named Kelsey. I had ordered a medication to be picked up in store, online. I couldn't make it to get it, so I put his name on the order to be picked up. When he arrived, he was told rudely he needed to furnish ID ,which is standard practice (the id, not the rude part). Ok fine. Then he came back to the store, with the email confirmation saying they had the order ready to be picked up and ID in hand. Kelsey looks at his ID, flat out LIES to him and tells him that they don't have his order, and again was very rude to him. Finally he asks for a supervisor. She fetches him, and miraculously our order appeared. My husband was so outraged by her behavior that he spoke to the manager about it, and while he was doing so noticed Kelsey in the corner LAUGHING at him! We both work in customer service and so we know that this is completely unacceptable behavior. I don't know what it was about my husband that triggered her obscene behavior but if you want to be treated like a decent normal human being when picking up orders, don't go to this store. What a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA item was priced at $15 and at the counter the computer was showing $20. I advised the lady at the counter she said "Its a big difference I will need a picture." I understand but I was told to go get the picture my self and no offer for an employee to verify my claim. I asked to leave my item with her and I was told to take my item so she can help another customer. To be fair the $15 price was for circle members so when my membership was recognized the computer automatically reduced the price from $20 to $15.
Also its marketing and sales practice can be a bit shady. I have been looking at an item for a few weeks. The numbers I am about to use is not exact but you should get the point. For weeks in store and Target app MSRP was $10.00. During the weekly ad it was advertised 20% 0ff. So on the app it was $8.00. I went into the store and the item (for weeks it was $10.00) now shows MSRP of $13 and 20% off on sale for $10.40. I had to get them to do a "price match" of their own app to get the $8.00 sale price. This is very shady in my opinion! Please...
