Campus Coffee Bean — Restaurant in Flagstaff

This was not a good experience. To start, the CAMPUS coffee bean is very inaccessible to students; a majority of the tables have a laptop ban, so if you want to use your laptop, you need to sit in a tiny section near the toilets. If you can get a laptop spot the wi-fi is slow and borderline unusable. There weren't many people there when I went, but the service was still incredibly slow. Along with this, I ordered an iced latte, but I got a hot latte, an easy fix, but as soon as I got my drink, the person behind the counter left and did not come back for a while, with no one to cover the spot. The coffee was weak, it tasted like they may have reused the grounds already in the maker to make the espresso part of my latte. Finally, I saw an open twisted tea behind the counter at the work station. Take that as you will. I for one, would not return or recommend this...

This is what a college town coffee shop should be like. Note there is a mix of all ages in there. Hipsters running business scams recruiting the gullible, NAU faculty working or chatting, students studying, a Bible study here and there, it is an awesome mix that is generally mellow. The staff is nice and will chat with you while you order. The food for a coffee shop is amazing, omelettes, crapes, salads, pretty near a full service restaurant with much of it prepared right there after you order. There are outlets but when things are busy you might not be able to grab one would be my only critique of the place. Great coffee shop.

I used to love this place. I loved that it was one of the few places I could work on homework and get something to eat. Recently the changed their open hours and the hours of the kitchen. They had them listed as summer hours, which I couldn't find listed on their website, but when school started back up they didnt go back to their old hours and still didnt have it posted for a while and when I called to ask the girl that answered the phone was rather rude to me. Now I still come by, but not as much as I used to, I may be coming by even less because the last few times the music has been ridiculously loud. Also the last time I came by without friends I stood waiting for the person taking orders to come take my order for a number of minutes. Like I said, I used to love this place but I have been increasingly unhappy with my experiences. Coffee is still...
