If I could give a -10 star review, I would—but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can go.
I’m a longtime Flagstaff resident, not some tourist passing through, I hate to write bad reviews because I genuinely want all of our Flagstaff businesses to thrive. I also work in customer service myself, so I understand that things don’t always go perfectly. But this experience at Just Wireless was so frustrating and unacceptable that it absolutely deserves to be shared.
My wife brought her phone in to have the back screen replaced. When she picked it up, the microphone no longer worked, you couldn’t hear her at all during phone calls. She brought it back the very next day, explained the issue, and was told it would be fixed. But when she picked it up again, nothing had been repaired. The microphone issue was still there.
About a month later, still well within the so-called “90-day warranty,” her phone started showing overheating alerts and became unusable. We took it back again, and this time were told that the microphone and charging port were damaged—damage that clearly occurred during the original screen repair.
We had already paid $200 for the initial repair, and now we were being told we had to pay another $99. When I asked why, the representative claimed it was because we “didn’t bring it back.” I reminded him that we brought it back the next day after the first repair and again a month later—both well within the 90-day window. He didn’t care. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to accept responsibility or even have a respectful conversation.
I explained that we shouldn’t be charged again for damage that happened during their repair. Instead of listening, he argued with me and insisted on the charge. I paid the $99 just to be done with it, but I told him his customer service was completely unacceptable. His response? “HAVE A GOOD DAY,” and told me to leave the store. No apology. No accountability.
This isn’t just about the money, it’s about the total lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the fake 90-day warranty they claim to offer. I will never return to this business and will make sure to warn others about our experience.
If this business wants to stay open in Flagstaff, they seriously need to reconsider who they have working at the front counter—especially the young man with the skinny mustache. He was rude, condescending, and completely uninviting.
Flagstaff is a tight-knit community, and this is not the way to treat people everyone should be treated...
Read moreCustomer service was excellent although I went in for a cracked screen fixed which should have taken an hour but the screen they was a dud and had to wait two days which was understandable. Thinking I would get my phone back the next 2 days but I didn't dud to "underlying problem with the mother board", told to wait until the following week when they should get the new motherboard but did not get the motherboard in the time span they gave me normally this wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't work from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. so when my phone was actually ready for me to pick up. I could not pick it up due to the fact that I was sleeping. Then had to wait until the new week started just to pick up my phone. Thinking tI get my phone back just to find out that the service that I originally had no longer works with my phone and have to reactive my plan. So I will write this as one of the poor experiences I've ever had but hey they had great customer service so if you're looking to go somewhere with great customer service this...
Read moreIt’s a mere day before Memorial Day weekend, and to prepare myself for the festivities, I casually get a tad bit hammered. I get home, and decide to do a load of laundry. While walking down my stairs with a fat load in my arms, I miss the first step. I blacked out for a second and came back to it upside-down, mangled at the bottom of the stairs. I stand up in disarray and in utmost shock. I check myself, I’m good, I pull my phone out, and the phone is completely broken in half. Great, so I grab my old iPhone who’s charging port went out, and I head down to gadget phix. I tell them the story, they give a few laughs, and proceed to tell me it’ll be fixed in 2 hours. I come back a few hours later and the old phone works like it’s brand new, I get the old phone to show everyone how much of an idiot I am, all without breaking my wallet. I 12/10 recommend taking anything there with a problem and I promise you they will help you get it sorted out. Great group of guys, thank you for everything. I...
