Dunkin' — Restaurant in Flemington

I've gone into this location multiple times and never had a problem. This one day that I go in there and I have an issue with my coffee and I told the cashier that there was an issue with it he yells oh my God and then the customer behind him says just give her another coffee that's all she's asking for. So he gives me a different coffee and I was trying to tell him it was much better but he says ohhhhhh like I was disturbing him. I waited until he calmed down and I told him what I was going to say and then he said good but threw up his hand at me and walked away. I couldn't believe it. I believe he was one of the managers perhaps because he was an older gentleman. I don't like their rudeness. Even the guy at the drive thru rolled his eyes because I asked for new coffee. I won't be back to this location. I hope something is said to him. I have a big network of friends in the area that I can make sure not to come there either. So you're not just...

It's a Dunkin, so the food is what you expect; but I have always used the app to order ahead for pickup, and it's only at this particular Dunkin where they seem to forget my order exists when I come to the window. I've ordered ahead, I've paid through the app, I gave them my name at the drive thru, I get to the window and invariably they ask me to pay whatever the next person's order costs. I have to remind them I ordered through the app. Not only that, they forget part of my order: they hand me the drink and say "have a nice day", and I'm like "...and the sandwich?" Only then they look around and find the item with my name clearly marked on the bag, shove that in my face with another "have a nice day". There are 3 other Dunkins in the area that can get the mobile order system working right without seeming like they're trying to steal half my order or forget I even made it. Had we gone to the drive thru, we probably would have rated this much higher. On the plus side, the store has been completely remodeled, with nice clean restrooms to boot. When we came out of the clean restrooms, we noticed that the couple who were at the counter when we were walking in were still waiting at the counter. We waited behind them while the staff ran around doing things. Then we realized that this couple had yet to give their order. After another five minutes, we left without getting anything. The crew never even acknowledged the couple in front, much less us. We gather they only wanted to pay attention to the drive thru. Lesson learned... Don't bother going in to see their nice new store.
