Food was good but I don't recommend this place. It's a CAFE and everytime I go there the coffee is cold.....It specifically says on the menu that if you get coffee it's a bottomless cup! YAAYY but when I got my first gross tasting cold cup of coffee a man comes out from the back and dumps the rest out. So i'm thinking ok---he's gonna make more coffee it's 2:30 pm and they close at 4 pm. No coffee was made. No big deal, on a different day I went to the place again though I was told by the owner that they will not dump the coffee again (not that it mattered cus it seemed like it had been sitting there forever last time anyway) and guess what? My girlfriend got a cup of coffee vanilla flavor and it's cold....I go to get a cup and nothing comes out of both of the coffee dispensers. So I was like ok whatever this time it's 1pm and again they close at 4. So the owner comes and says "oh I am so sorry about that" and leaves a pot of cold decaf coffee and once again I'm assuming that she is going to make new coffee considering it his her business and all...but once again no coffee at a Cafe after I waited and waited she sat down and took her lunch break instead worrying about...
Read moreI put in a Google search for excellent breakfasts, and Theresa's Cafe came up. Boy, the reviews were right! We were seated quickly & invited to grab our own coffee at the coffee station. The coffee was on point. My wife had the corned beef & Swiss omelet (because after all, it was St Patrick's Day). I got a jump on Cinco de Mayo & had the best juevos rancheros that I've ever had! From the outside it looks like a little luncheonette, but with all the pics & signs on the inside walls, it looks like you're visiting family or friends. Speaking of that....we were from out of town, but most of the others there were locals, and they all said good morning to my wife & me. I need a good excuse to travel back this way so I have an excuse to...
Read moreI hate leaving disappointing reviews but this is my honest opinion. My husband and I had breakfast here recently. First impressions... Outside was quaint. It was raining chilly as we entered, inside was cold and damp. There was a lot of atmosphere noise dishes clanging, chatter. It was difficult to relax. The server and cook were extremely nice and welcoming which is the reason we stayed to eat. Unfortunately the food was terrible. It had the taste as if it were all prepared in the same greasy pan. We're not local but if we were I would not return. This place has a lot of potential but for a small town eatery it is lacking too many qualities I would...
