I had a late appointment out that way so I thought I would stop since receiving multiple messages about my rewards being ready to expire, It was late and I understand people want to go home. But I walked through the dòor at 8:05 pm. From that moment the announcements were loud, and consistent, and every 5 minutes from 8:05 until 8:55 the customers were told to complete their shopping and checkout. Every 5 minutes or less. It was giving me an anxiety headache and I couldn't even concentrate. So then, when I couldn't take it and left to checkout I was told I didn't have a coupon or discount. But I insisted because I knew I had a substantial reward, as well as a 20% discount, coming. After having to insist and logging into my phone app I received over $27.00 in discounts and rewards coupons. If I wasn't harassed every moment I was in the store I would have spent the rest of the money then instead of on Amazon when I got home. I respect the employees in these difficult positions. Followed directions, sent back the "I'm on my way" message. Arrived at store, parked in a pick up spot, sent the "I'm here" message. Received the "we will be right out with your order message" all is right with the world Right? WRONG! After sitting there for about five minutes, I started looking around and noticed how empty the parking lot was. Called the store. Was informed that they were CLOSED for EMERGENCY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!! And to come back and pick my order in 1.5 hours or when I was available. I'M AVAILABLE NOW! WHAT!?! What IS EMERGENCY ROUTINE? You were able to send me all the messages, you can't bring me my order? Listen, I've done curbside service. THIS could have been avoided and sending someone away without their order is just plain POOR...
   Read morePut an order in online for delivery in 2 hours or less (I paid $10 for delivery fee.) Got someone else's order delivered. I called the store to let them know there was a mistake. They told me it wasn't their fault, but the fault of the 3rd party delivery service and that I needed to call them or Michael's customer service. They didn't know what delivery service they use though... I called customer service. They said they would send out a new driver to deliver my order. Almost 2 hours later, still no delivery. I called customer service again. They hung up on me. I called back and told them to cancel my entire order. I've never experienced such bad customer service from a company before. I will shop elsewhere from now on. That was my first and last time shopping...
