Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

This is a lower quality Chick-Fil-A. I have been to dozens of different locations and the service and quality here was most definitely sub-par. I am not nit picky but when you only have had positive experiences at other locations, this location left a bad taste in my mouth. This was my first time going and am going to list my issues: *Person who took my order didn't take their time with me and seemed annoyed to be taking my order *She got my order wrong and ordered a completely different sandwich than what I told her, even though I repeated it twice. Which confirmed she wasn't listening because she was rushing through the process. I have been to super busy locations at prime time off I-75 during roadtrips and never had this happen where the busyness caused them to be careless. *She didn't repeat my order back to me *At the window upon receiving my food, they handed me my food and asked me to check if it was right. I was fine with that but honestly have never been told to check chick fil a's work before at another location as I know they pride themselves on that. *They ended up getting putting fries in our kids meal when I asked for a fruit cup. I did tell them it was wrong right away and then they asked if fruit cup was actually printed on my tag. That was surprising, because anytime that has ever happened at another location, they just believed me without question or at least checked it for themselves. Then they took my food back and potentially just repurposed the kids fries for someone else? Usually they would just let me keep the "wrong item" *When I got my sandwich, it was also the wrong style of chicken. *6 hours after my child consumed the kids fruit cup, he started throwing up green apples and had very loose stools. Never has happened before from chick fil a. Honestly, with all the not typical things this chick fil a does, I would not be surprised if they were mismanaging the food and not following proper safety protocols. I would not trust this location. I’ve given you some amazing reviews in the But today’s not gonna be one of those. I ordered two chicken sandwiches from your restaurant at 11 o’clock this morning. I was five minutes away. Use my mobile app. Walked into the store, received my order very promptly, walked out to my car It happened a couple of times but this time I thought no thank you Both sandwiches were cold. The buns were cold and the chicken fillets look like the ones that go on the biscuits in the morning. Standing there, looking at the picture on the wall, not just the two sandwiches that I was handed. First time I’ve ever done this I turned around in traffic came back to the store walked in and the lady approached me. I said I’m very sorry. Can you please make me two fresh chicken sandwiches? These are cold and they taste horrible. She said absolutely my pleasure she went in the back. She came out in about 60 seconds with two new sandwiches. The only problem was I got in my car got pulled out and they were as cold and unappetizing as the first two sandwiches I got Very disappointed As you know, there are a lot of choices out there and a lot of places that have a really good chicken sandwich I prefer Chick-fil-A whenever I am in Frank with you. There’s about four buildings down and I wish I had gone.there. Update 4/8/25 Well we waited a little over a year. It definitely improved. Food was yummy. Chicken sandwich deluxe, 30 pack of nuggets and a cob salad and 2 frozen lemonade. The only thing that still needs improvement is how the young employees come across. They mumble and they aren't very friendly. Spent half what we did over a year ago but definitely expensive fast food.

Let's start off by saying for fast food Chick-fil-A is good. The cob salads and crispy nuggets are good. But some of the employees taking orders need to not just stand there and wait (act like they didn't want to be there). The young lady on the left side of the drive thru was going down the line (by herself) taking orders like a pro!(latino I believe) While the 3 on the right stood there and acted like they were at a social gathering. This was at 5:00pm 10/13/23 look at the camera. Not trying to cause issues they needed to be split up. Also the 2 men taking out boxes to the garbage grabbing a quick smoke while we all sat in our cars and watched. Not a good look. It was not long but definitely on the clock (hiding in the dumpster area). It was frustrating. Spending $90.15 for take out for 4 salad 2 -30 pack of nuggets and 3 drinks. Yummy but will wait awhile before going back until the kinks are ironed out (hopefully) especially after getting to the point to get my order they asked me 4 times my name and I still had to pull up and wait. Also asked for 2 lemonade and charged for 2 frozen lemonades they were good but...
