Absolutely 100% five star rating! I had a daddy daughter dance and unfortunately my suit was a little too tight from happy living a.k.a. daddy weight..! K&G had me set up with a new Ralph Lauren suit - jacket , vest , pants , shirt , tie , shoes and couplings in less then an hour and for a remarkable price ! and on time for our dance !

So a big thanks to Deborah For taking the time to set me up with a new suit and the rest of your staff for making me feel welcome in your store.

Got a new suit and a couple dresses. Had to get my suit altered cuz the pants were a different size. Somebody switched the pants, or the jacket, but anyway they were different sizes. The girl in the alterations said to mention it to the cashier and we would probably get a discount because of the different sizes. Well that didn't go no where. Did get it on sale anyway but didn't really want to pay for alterations but at least it will be fit for me. My hubby got a couple dresses shirts and a tie. Not to bad of prices. Saved almost $99. I must say the customer service here has completely changed. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. The staff was very loud laughing and joking amongst each other about who gone do what, what they not doing, who’s turn it is. Few employees looked to be embarrassed of the unprofessional staff. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help or if I was okay while shopping. The most help I got was from another customer. I love their clothes and shoes but the customer service as gone to hell.
