Sky Zone Trampoline Park Review: Fun Jumps, Frustrating Start Overall Rating: 3 out of 5 stars (Average) Sky Zone offers exactly what you expect: a massive space filled with interconnected trampolines and various jumping attractions. The core experience of bouncing, flipping, and getting some exhilarating exercise is genuinely fun, making it a hit with kids and anyone looking to burn off energy. However, the experience leading up to the jumping and the overall value for money significantly detract from the enjoyment. The Good: Pure, Unadulterated Fun (5/5) Once you're actually on the trampolines, the park delivers. The range of activities—from the main freestyle court to dodgeball, foam pits, and basketball dunk areas—provides plenty of variety. The physical act of jumping is incredibly enjoyable and a fantastic energy release. If you can focus only on the jumping time, you'll have a blast. The Bad: The Barrier to Entry (1/5) Unfortunately, the sign-in process is a major pain point. It was very long, disorganized, and poorly managed. The necessary waiver process, combined with long lines and what appeared to be inefficient staff or a confusing system, created a frustrating and time-consuming bottleneck. This lack of organization on arrival seriously dampened the mood before the fun even began. A clearer online pre-check system or more dedicated, trained staff at the entrance would vastly improve the customer experience. The Ugly: Value and Cost (2/5) The experience is very expensive for what you get. When you factor in the hourly jump rate, the mandatory purchase of SkySocks, and the lengthy sign-in time that eats into the jumping window, the cost quickly feels disproportionate to the actual time spent enjoying the attractions. While the jumping is fun, the high price point makes it feel like a splurge that doesn't quite justify the expenditure, especially if you lose a significant chunk of time waiting to get in. Conclusion: Sky Zone is a great place to jump around and is guaranteed to tire out any energetic participant. The fun factor of the trampolines themselves is high. However, be prepared for a frustratingly long and disorganized entry process and a bill that feels too high for the overall experience. To make the most of your visit, I highly recommend completing all waivers and booking tickets online beforehand, and perhaps aiming for a less busy time, to minimize the time wasted...
Read moreOur party host was great even tipped her twice. Issues is with how things are handled with booked parties. We had to stand in line that took forever to move due to it being so busy that our jump time had already started. Every time another kid came we had to jump back in line and play the waiting game while the clock ticked. Parties wrist bands and socks should already be in the party room for the 10 kids, so we are not stuck behind a line of regular customers and not getting our full jump time. After expressing our concerns, we were not accommodated to even allow atleast 20-30 extra minutes to jump when we spent half our jump time in the line. Absolutely disappointing! The party procedures need to be changed. Give the party host the wrist bands and socks and allow them to check waivers on an iPad. We would've told our guests to show up 30 minutes early if we knew they would spend 30 minutes in line. All the kids left disappointed only getting to spend 30 minutes of play time all together. & As parents it felt like we failed for our child's birthday. Better off going to the bounce house place in Grand Blanc. So heartbreaking $250+ spent for everyone to leave sad.
Edit: Received a call from someone today on behalf of Skyzone & even though they apologized that we had an unpleasant time they kept repeating "you got the party room for the full 2 hours that was nice of them because that's a $280 value just that by itself". As if that solved the issue. We never asked to get the room for the full time, they offered because they had no other parties. Also when we first got there we were actually going to decline the room all together because we didn't want to set up the party in one spot and then have to break it down to move it to the room and set up again, having the room was never apart of our goals for the day. Neither was the room apart of the problem or solution. So we are unsure why it was mentioned 3+ times. Our party host was tipped twice for her hospitality.
Changing 3 star to 2 star, it felt like I was contacted so the company can argue and defend themselves more than seeing the issue with parties having to wait behind regular walk in customers and loose out...

We recently booked a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone Flint, and I left extremely disappointed with how the entire experience was handled. For the amount of money we spent (over $300), the value and service were simply not there.
First, I am a paying member (over $40/month), and so are both of my children. I was shocked to learn that despite our memberships, we were still counted toward the party jump total and restricted to only one hour of jump time. Memberships should not be disregarded during events—it felt unfair and misleading.
Second, the party package itself is poorly designed. You only get two hours: one hour of jump time and one hour in the party room. That’s it. This is very limiting for families who want to celebrate, open gifts, enjoy cake, and still let the kids play.
Third, while pizza was included, drinks were not—and the only option was to purchase 2-liters for nearly $10 each. This is outrageous. For what we already paid, beverages should absolutely be included, or at least offered at a reasonable price.
Lastly, there is an employee stationed in the room the entire time, essentially just standing there and watching. They are not servers, not engaged, and honestly just make the environment uncomfortable. It felt unnecessary and intrusive.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing party experiences I’ve ever had. The policies are unreasonable, the costs are inflated, and the experience feels more about squeezing money out of families than creating a fun, stress-free event for children. I would strongly advise anyone considering a birthday party here to think twice.
I truly hope corporate takes this feedback seriously because as it stands, I will not be booking another party here and will be sharing this experience with other parents in...
