Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

Pizza was nearly raw on the top! There was barely any cheese on my Cheese only pizza. The pizza literally fell apart trying to get it out of the box. There was nearly twice as much sauce on some pieces as others. I made it clear to NICK that I drove from Fenton to try good pizza (as I used to get pizza here all the time). Our Fenton area Jet's is not good at all - as the owner constantly burns orders and yells at staff in public. This location seemed nicer as the person taking the order appeared nice. I told him that I drove all the way to their location nearly 30 minutes from me to have some good pizza. I get home to open the pizza for my family, and the top of the pizza was RAW! The top of the pizza is raw and sloppy. I called the manager and asked what could be done as I just drove 25 minutes to get this food. Then I had to drive it home. So, round trip nearly an hour with traffic to get an expansive disappointment. I didn't make it personal, but the manager DID make it personal. He stated that he knew I would have problems because I had problems at the Fenton location. WHAT? I had problems with my location in town because it's bad management. I obviously wanted to have good pizza, or I wouldn't have went there in the first place. That said...I asked the manager for a refund, he said, no! I only asked for the refund on the raw pizza. Not reasonable at all. I never got personal at all, but NICK did with me. I will be calling their corporate as well over this one. This is bad business all around!!! Avoid high priced, raw food, and lack of care. The guy has an ego, "I make hundreds of pizzas all the time." He also said he knew he would have a problem with me on the phone....like he did this on purpose! He said he thought it was...

I called and ordered a pick up 5 minutes to 10pm and they close at 11pm on Saturdays. The first thing the guy says to me is that they close at 11pm and to be there before they close...very unprofessional. I wanted 2 large deep dish with 1 topping for $11.99 each. I asked the charge for each additional toppings and he said they had a special on 1 large with 3 toppings for $12.99 so I ordered the 3 topping larges with 4 side cups. My total came to $34 and some change. I go in to pick up my order and ask why it is so much and the guy at the counter says they are $14.99 each. Why was I told $12.99? He was very nice and did discount the pizzas to $12.99 each. I have never had an issue with this location but tonight I really felt like my order was an inconveinence to them. I will give them another try and hope my service is...

Honestly I was very disappointed... just got our pizza about a half hour ago and cinnamon stix. EVERY other jets I've ordered from has given me a ramekin with extra icing and we did not get that, and very little icing to begin with on them. I am very displeased. As far as the pizza... I ordered a LG. Square with Cajun crust and literally they dumped the Cajun seasoning on the pizza I mean there is waiter size chunks that are not edible in the pizza crust. I'm pissed... we had somewhat of a complicated order and on the phone they seemed irritated by this and following with a "sabotaged" leads me to think it was spiteful. Won't be ordering from this location again because yet AGAIN another pizza chain on Miller road has let me down. Cottage inn sucks and apparently this jets does as well. Huge...
