Joe’s YUMMY BOWL Stir-Fry & Sushi — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

Yummy Bowl has officially erased all traumatic memories of the BD Mongolian BBQ that used to live here. The place looks great now — modern, clean, and actually appetizing. You can tell they use quality ingredients and the flavors were solid. Prices? Also a win.

But my server… my man… He spent more time hanging out at the host stand than actually serving. We didn’t get water (or my partner’s soda) until I’d eaten a quarter of my bowl and finally got up to go find him. He then asked again what we were drinking — incredible attention to detail, just in the wrong direction.

Other servers looked on top of their game: refills, check-ins, plates… you know… basic restaurant things. Meanwhile, we’re over here with no plates for soy sauce like it’s some kind of minimalist dining experiment.

The food was good, the restaurant is definitely an upgrade — but if I go back, I’m praying the server roulette lands on someone who remembers they...

Yummy Bowl is such a great new alternative to the usual Mongolian BBQ spots! The restaurant itself is modern and inviting, with clean décor that feels fresh the moment you walk in. It was spotless inside and out, and I really appreciated that it didn’t have that heavy, greasy smell you sometimes get at similar places. The service was just as impressive. Tonio took great care of us, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The pricing felt very fair, especially considering how many ingredients and options you can load into your bowl. I don't know if you a familiar with Flint Michigan but if u are or not JOES YUMMY BOWL is definitely where it's at veggies shirmp chicken and steak and for 4 extra dollars unlimited food dessert and drinks less than 25$ a person I got the one bowl that I could take home for 15.99 I was having a badd day and when I say the people are wonderful my phone had a situation they helped I had a question about rice the owner came to help when I say I am hard to please and I am very pleased 50/10 I definitely recommend my server was Karelyn so sweet over and beyond and loves her job this is my new wosa spot THANK U JOES YUMMY IN MY TUMMY BOWL FOR COMING TO LIL OLE...
