I've visited this location for as long as I can remember it being there. The gyros and fries are my fav. Tasty and always cooked to perfection. On Saturday, July 2, 2023 @6:30pm I and my daughter went to get a fry. As we drive up, I noticed the signs on the outside advertising the 'Daily Specials' I've noticed them before, but this time my daughter noticed that wings are the special for the day. Picture below.. ☺️. .75c each. I ordered 6 boneless wings and a large fry. Received the food and all tasted well. On Sunday, I happened to scan my receipt and noticed I was charged $7.99 for 6 boneless (.75 x 6 = $4.50) I was overcharged $3.49. Yeah, I should have noticed b4 paying, but I didn't. 😔 I returned to Papas Sunday July 3rd to report the over payment. Staff were unaware of the Saturday special. Supervisor was called by staff and was told that only bone in was on special and the sign was wrong and needed to be corrected. Hhhmmmm😕 End of story. No complimentary anything for my inconvenience or their mis advertising. No reimburement of the overpayment.

Read moreUnfortunately, a place that use to be my go to junk food spot has reached a quality of product & service that I cant justify spending not one more dollar on. Also, when PaPa's finally opened on this side of town we were thrilled but the quality has been compromised. Help me to understand how 6 pickles that all put together are the size of 1-1/2 of the pickles that use to be sold for $1.50 each, but yet they feel justified to still charge the same amount for way less product...highway robbery. Also, seasoned French fries doesn't seem that challenging of an item to ensure is correct. But yet here we are with regualr fries. The only thing fairly descent was the fried cauliflower however the portion is more of a $3 value and definitely not $5.49 value I rate them 2 out of 5. Lastly, why fix something that isn't broken? What happened to the dipping ranch? Ranch lovers know what I'm talking about. Anywho, there are way too many changes that lowered the quality of the experience so this longtime customer...
Read moreDean Pappas' Coney Connection was 100% better. Dean sold out two years ago. I had not been back until today. Papa's coneys, yes, I had 3 with mustard, heavy onions and pickles; today, 5/29/25, 4:00 p.m. was terrible. I've been eating Flint coneys for 50 years. The buns were smaller; the Kogels Coney dog, if it was a Kogels, was smaller than Kogels coney hotdogs by 3" and overcooked and tough. Looked like it had been on the grill for an hour. The onions were tasteless. They might have been prechopped by a supplier because they were soft, runny and had no taste. The Coney sauce was almost black or burned. The Coney sauce did not taiste fresh and meat red, and flavorable like Deans. I'm sorry. I really wanted a great Coney and thought I would get one there. But that did not happen. Beware, folks. These poor quality coneys broke my spirit and heart. Let's call this "customer feedback". Respectfully, Bill...
