Fri 10-23-2020 Please avoid this location at all costs. The lack of customer service will anger you deeply! My son ordered 3 pizzas and an order of crazy bread at the window. When he got home and we opened the crazy bread, I was dismayed to find the crazy bread burnt to a bleeping crisp-- AGAIN! For some reason, and it's only been at this location, they can't seem to NOT burn the crazy bread. I try to avoid going here but they're only 5 minutes away from my house. But, I shouldn't have to drive all over God's green earth for food that looks how it's supposed to. If I'm spending my HARD-EARNED MONEY, I expect to get pizza that's been cut all the way through and crazy bread that isn't burnt! Yes, that's another thing. We always have to pull out our pizza cutter because it would seem that no one there can cut a pizza to save their lives. Or maybe the cutters at this Little Caesars are incredibly dull. I did call to complain about the burnt crazy bread (we hadn't gotten to the pizzas yet) and spoke with a lady named "Alex". I gave her my son's order number and she apologized and said she had new people working and that she would credit the entire order. It's 9:51pm and nothing has been credited back to my son's account. I'm pretty sure this was just a ruse to get me off the phone because I was pretty mad when I called. I mean, we're a family of 7, and I was looking forward to having a night off from cooking. So I am beyond PO'd that my son spent $40 and change on sub par food. We could've made our own for much less and have many times. But, sometimes you just want someone else to do the cooking, lol! Read moreI placed an order over the phone and the person over the phone said my order would be done 20-25 minutes. When i got there, the employee acted like my order never existed. She kept saying it wrong. I should have seen that as my red flag. Instead, i proceeded to pay and they told me it would be ready in a couple minutes. Well 10-15 minutes go by and nothing. I then ask a different employee about my wait time, she goes straight to the employee that assisted me when i got there, who stayed far from the front aftwr the mess up, and told her that a time was needed. I received no answer. Then another 10-15 minutes go by, now making my order over an hour from calling it in, i asked the same employee about the time frame because she never gave it to me. She told me a couple minutes. That was what they've been saying all along. She threw out a random time and said 5 minutes. Enough was enough. I wanted a refund. The manager didnt even care to help and just process the refund. I hate to say but during the timeframe i was there, i witnessed several orders that were missing items or were incorrect. If its one of the busiest order nights of the year, then be better prepared. People coming in without orders had better luck than those who placed orders. I orded a HNR, a HNR Deep Dish & an order of crazy bread around 6:10 pm in the drive thru (I already waited 10 minutes to get to this point). I was informed AFTER I paid that they didn't have any deep dish available and would have to wait 5-7 minutes. I decided, okay I guess I'll deal with that but I have to be somewhere at 6:30. I parked, then went inside to wait. 6:25 comes around and I don't have any good or notification from the worker. Customers come and go the whole time I'm waiting for my food. 6:35 rolls on and now I'm 15 minutes late with no food or acknowledgment from the staff. I asked about my good and was told that they cut my first one incorrectly and I have to wait an additional 3-5 minutes! I had to ask what would be done about the issue and was offered a measly 2-liter! A different, helpful worker came over and said I could have the miscut pizza too if I wanted. Although I eventually received a satisfactory solution, the problem should never have occurred. I arrived during a reasonable dinner timeframe, so Hot & Readies should have actually been Hot & Ready.
