I usually love Tim Hortons, but NOT this one. After going thru the drive thru, i discovered they gave me TWO wrong sandwiches. I wasn't given a reciept and when I called, aprox. 10 min later, I got a busy signal. The following day, I call and speak to whoever answered the phone about my situation. She apologized and said that they would replace the incorrect order. She took my name and told me that I could come by that day, which I did. When I got to the speaker, and explained the situation AGAIN & told them that I'd JUST spoken to someone on the phone who told me to drive up there & they would replace my order. at that point another person came to the speaker stating that she was the manager and the person that I spoke to on the phone did not have the authority to replace my messed up food. She ask for the receipt and I informed her that I was never given a receipt which you rarely are at that Tim Hortons. Then she asked for the food and I told her it was from yesterday and I did not have the food. She said that they would not be replacing my order which really irritated me considering that I drove all the way to Tim Hortons for absolutely nothing even though an employee had just told me to do so. Read moreI am not a frequent flier at this particular Tim Hortons, and after today I dont think I will be again. I went in around 10:30 and I saw an employee burn her hand on a hot tray and drop it on the ground. She ran over to the sink and I watched, waiting to see her leave as she was very sweet when she checked me out and I had some burn cream in my purse (she reminded me of my granddaughter, sweet but clumsy), but she didn't. I saw her go in the back for a while, them come back out and continue working. I assumed she must not have been burnt, until I saw that she was walking around with an ice pack in her hand. I stayed a while longer, and she continued to work. I left the store around noon and she was still there, being ordered around by a woman who I assume was the manager, running back and forth trying to do her job with one hand. Read moreCame through the drive thru and ordered 2 XL triple triples and a bacon, egg, cheese bagel. Instead I got 2 XL black coffees and a bagel with sausage on it. Whoever took the order repeated it back to me TWICE and still didn’t give me the right things. When I went back through to tell them my order was wrong, they said they were training someone. Get up to the window to get the correct items and there were more than enough employees in there standing around that one person training shouldn’t have messed up the entire order. The lady at the window then asks if I ordered coffees with hazelnut. The employees here are too busy standing around socializing to get an order correct. Then they ask me for the black coffees back that they had just watched me dump out…even before Covid, drive thrus aren’t supposed to take food/drinks back if the customer had touched them.
