While I have never had a issue with the quality or speed of my order, I have had enough of bad attitude from the staff. I normally go here around roughly 4:30am on my way to work. Well today was the last straw. My father and I wished to order a drink, being at 4:30 in the morning one would expect to not be terribly busy. We were greeted by a curt "One moment" , after maybe 3 minutes and a small bit of frustration due to being left there with seemingly no reason, we replied with "Hello?" to confirm we were not forgotten. The lady replied more forcefully to wait and of course, things escalated as my father proceeded to complain. The lady took the opportunity to refuse us service and then challenge us. While both parties were less than civil at the end of the issue instead of arguing I decided to leave this review. The whole conflict could have been dealt with by being less curt, taking our order or expressing that they were having technical difficulties or that a machine is being cleaned would have been a much better alternative to losing a customer. Especially since the crew at this time of the morning is so vastly worse than the crew when I leave work in the afternoon. Manners matter, and patience can help a lot. But from this point forward my money will be better spent at another...
Read moreMy order on the app said it was placed and being made at 4:22 p.m. At 4:52 and some complaints to staff my order was not ready still. I stood and waited at the store for over 30 mins. Staff had a quarter pounder with cheese come down the shoot and it sat. My order was a bacon double quarter with cheese. The staff ended up pushing the burger up the shoot and told the kitchen staff to change that burger into a bacon double quarter. Waiting for 30 mins and they wanted to give me old food, i asked for a refund. If this is how McDonalds runs their stores, I will be going somewhere else.
The manager didn't even try to make reparations for the issues, said 1 word to me, and walked away.
For poor response from McDonalds. Manager can't get there employees yo do their jobs properly and I watched them mess up 5 orders while I waited. Giving people sandwiches with burger patties, double fish filet with only 1 fish patty. They were giving Frappes to certain people and telling others that the machine is down.

Read moreI’ve literally never written a review before but wooooow. Ordered food for the family off of my partner’s account. He goes to get it and is told to pull up to the railing. No problem. He’s sitting there somewhere around 15-20 minutes. After that long he goes inside for an update, just to find out that they had immediately deleted his order after he left the window and forgot about him. They remade the order, he rushes home. Just to find out that they forgot every order of fries, the sauces, gave us the wrong pies and didn’t put cheese on the cheeseburgers. We go to this location a lot and don’t often have problems, but when we do they’re bad and this one was the WORST.
Edit: just found out one of the drinks is wrong too. Congratulations on giving the most messed up order I’ve ever gotten. Just to simply, there were 9 singular items on my order including sauce for the nuggets. They got 7/9 items...
