Went through the drive through and ordered our meals. Was informed that they don't have any pop. We settled for a lemonade and frosty. When I got to the window to pay, I asked why I had to pay full price for the replacements as I would not have been reimbursed for no beverage. The lady at the window told be just because. I asked for the manager. He came to the window and I asked why I have to pay the upcharge for the beverages when it's his fault they have no pop. He told me that is what I ordered. I said I would not have ordered either one of them but because he had no pop, we had no other choice for something to drink. I told him it was his fault and he should wave the extra fee. He yelled at me and said if I don't want to pay for then I don't need to take it and then he walked off. The 2 ladies at the window were left just staring at me. I understand things happen and he may have had no control over not having pop. But he needed to do something to make up for the fact we had nothing to drink unless we wanted to pay extra. Waving the lemonade fee, 50 cents off our next visit, or even a call to corporate to get approved to buy cans of pop-something could have been done. But he ran off and couldn't even talk to calm customers. Wonder what he'd do with people who are irate. He definitely does not fit the manager role. He could have at least said he was sorry and if he waved the fee for everyone they'd lose money and I would have been...
   Read moreOrdered via Door dash at 6:53p. Currently 7:34p and my dasher has been waiting for at least 15-20mins for our food. I call to find out what is going on and I'm told there are only 2 people working, during diner time on a weeknight. I will not be ordering from this location again if they can't even hire enough people to keep up. Terrible management and absolutely ridiculous. 10 piece nugget meal and a burger meal and a baked potato. Was hoping by the time I finished writing this they would have been moving, but nope.. still waiting at 7:40P.
Edit: 7:47p, just received a call from my dasher saying that after almost an hour, they didn't have any baked potatoes. The dasher also said there are 4-5 people working, so apparently I was also lied to on the phone by the employee who answered. Never again for this location, will be going to Swartz Creek from now on.
Edit #2: Didnt even get what we ordered. Received 1 burger, 1 fry, 3 (only ordered 2) drinks and a cheddar bacon fry (that we didn't order). Missing 10 piece nuggets and a fry. Called again and was pretty much told to take it up with doordash, I'm sorry? Since when was doordash packing the bag? The ticket on the bag was right so absolutely no excuse other than not paying attention. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I was told it would be 15-20 minutes before I could actually place an order due to a change in shift. I agreed to wait, I didnt have any plans.. I waited the 20 minutes, to then be told "You need to pull into an empty parking spot because I can't have you just sitting on our timer and having it running." I'm so confused because I was just told to sit and wait. So I asked how long and who would be coming to place my order?.. I didnt want to be skipped in line, as there were atleast 7 other cars in line Behing me! I was told they would be sent on their way as well. WHAT THEE HECK! How many workers does it take to change a cash register? And why could no one take orders because of it. LITERALLY 30 minutes of waiting, just to be told to pull to the side so they don't get in trouble with the timer police... TRASH! Horrible representation.
