Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Flint

I’ve went through the drive thru here 3 times (never went inside so can’t speak to that) for dinner and ive waited a minimum of 5 minutes (I timed it) when no one else was ahead of me for 2 SUBS! I’ve worked at jimmy johns several years ago, and there is no way 2 subs take 5 minutes to make. Put your mop down and put the customers first. Also the bread has been very skinny meaning they haven’t proofed it long enough for JJ standard, and also tasted like it was made first thing in the morning and sat all day, not the way to go because you can tell the bread is stale and gets dried out.

Nice people, but consistently slow. I go there because it’s fast and easy and super close to me, however needs easy improvements. For a new location, there shouldn’t be this many bad...

Ordered through DoorDash and I guess they don’t use DoorDash they deliver the order themselves. I have food delivered all the time and I specified apartment 2. I had to keep calling them and they finally said check my back porch? When I said I don’t have a back porch I live in an apartment he said somebody probably took it?? Insane. I had to keep asking them can I come pick up a new sandwich. Didn’t offer to redeliver it or even remake it I had to keep asking. This is my first time at this particular JJ's and I think this is the most disappointed I've been with a fast food place in quite some time. The food didn't taste bad, but both orders were poorly made. One sandwich had plenty of stuff on it but they added things I didn't ask for, and the second order barely had enough meat to be considered an actual sandwich. I am pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but if I am going to spend $25 on a couple of sandwiches I would really like what I ordered and for them both to be fully made.
