Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Flora Township

Burnt Bucket of Bites...We love Auntie Anne's. We get cups of bites when we go shopping. So when we were coming back from a road trip and stopped at the Belvidere Oasis, we were happy to see an Auntie Anne's. We were even happier to see we could get a BUCKET of cinnamon bites.

We placed our order. The woman said it would take 10-20 minutes. No problem. We got our order as promised. We returned to our car and continued driving home.

The first few bites were great, but then we started getting bites that were burnt on the bottom. As we looked through the bucket the majority of the bites were burnt on the top and bottom. It seems they tried to cover it with the cinnamon and sugar.

We were coming home from a road trip, so there was nothing we could do at that point. Truly disappointed. I won't buy from this location again. It was a waste of my money.

I wish they would have just told us they burnt the batch and refunded my money rather than hiding it and giving me a burnt...

Horrible pretzels at this place. I got to my car and expected a warm soft pretzel. It was hard, cold, and old. I was already onward to Wisconsin or I would of went back for my money. I was weary buying it because the employee had his mask down and no gloves. I sent a email for a refund. I received back a email of apology and a ask for my address for free pretzels coupons. It has been nearly three weeks since that email and I have not had a lick of mail with coupons, nor a follow up email... I am not impressed.

Save yourself from wasting money here. Maybe get some pizza...

While traveling on a Saturday afternoon, my daughter and I decided to stop here to see what the food was like at a different location other than the one that my daughter works at. I have to say that we were treated with so much kindness by the manager – Serena, and the product of the food was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you Serena for your kindness, we will see you next time we’re in the area. A complete and total five-star...
