Bucciferro Family McDonald's — Restaurant in Flora Township

We stopped by around one in the morning on the way home. Spent 20 minutes here as there was a line and the employees were slow. The cashier was very rude and did not try to hide the fact that she hated being there. I get that it’s third shift and that they were understaffed, but she didn’t have to take it out on the customers. She treated all the customers rudely while everyone remained patient with the slow service. She mentioned multiple times that there were only the two of them so they couldn’t keep up. A lot of the menu items were not available because they didn’t have time to do it. I observed the workers and the cook was wiping down the counters with a dirty rag. He then proceeded to use the same gloves to prep our food. Who knows where else those gloves had been. Considering it was so busy, both he and the cashier were moving at snail pace. -Rant- Okay y'all, it's time to stop whining and crying about the slightly higher prices. It costs a lot of money to rent a spot in a travel plaza like this. If you don't like it, there's a McDonald's just a few minutes away off of the pike. Or if you're smart, you'd use the McDonald's app and save money. -End rant-

I popped in for breakfast since my next stop wasn't for a couple hundred more miles. As I was walking in the south entrance I hit the order button on the app. By the time I reached their counter on the other side of the building they were finishing my order. Can't get much faster than that. I bought two sausage and egg McMuffins with cheese for a total of $5.45. THAT'S NOT EXPENSIVE! I walk in the Oasis to place my order at the McDonald's I am hungry I have not eaten all day. When I went there I was so happy because McDonald's is my favorite place to eat. After I placed my order and paid in cash I saw another guest with his child place an order paid in cash as well. The associate that was there did not wash their hands did not put any gloves on and proceeded in completing our order and making food. I saw the associate with my own eyes put her whole hand in a french fry container unfolded and open it up using her hands and proceeded and filled it with french fries. This is disgusting and not sanitary we have a pandemic going on is this how they take care of their customers?
