Dunkin' — Restaurant in Flora Township

I'm usually not one to complain, but I've had a few bad experiences at this Dunkin. Each time, the same girl working the drive-thru in the morning was not only rude but also messed up my order. One time, she forgot my avocado, asked for the bags back, and accused me of scamming, which I found totally inappropriate since food places aren't supposed to take food back. Then, she started yelling at me for not moving up while I was checking my bags to make sure she didn't mess up again—and guess what? She did. I feel customers shouldn't be treated this way and I'm disappointed in the management...
