Arby's — Restaurant in Florence

The service was awesome! The lady that took care of us was super sweet and actually stopped at other tables to make sure everyone was happy with their order! The food was fresh and delicious. One of my favorite places to eat! 12/10/2023 So we went in tonight and sadly the service was not like our usual experience. The young lady at the register seemed to be on the phone with her back turned. We were deciding what to order and she finally turned around. We placed our orders, got our cups for drinks and there was no ice. So she got us some ice....but there were hardly any lids, no straws, and no napkins. The young man who came to fill the ice machine asked who was supposed to be tending to this and not sure what was said. We did get napkins and straws with our order but I have not had this happen at this location. I will go back and hopefully this will have been a one time thing. Girl took my order and first off was very rude. Then I get to the window and I had ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a shake. She said very rudely all you had to do was say you wanted the combo (I didn’t know you could do that with a shake) and she said but since you didn’t I didn’t make it a combo. And with her extra long fingernails she practically shoved my food at me. Another experience was a shift manager slammed my tray down on my table at me and my husband. Yes. She was horribly rude too. And another time we came and the building was locked and we wanted to sit in and eat and the doors were locked and they just stood their looking at us while on their cell phones looking at us like we were stupid and so we caught the drift that only drive thru was open. The girl working the drive through window on 10/25/23 at 10:30pm was one of the rudest workers and people in general I’ve ever met. I pull up to order and she says “Arby’s”, I pull up the window and she just says my total, nothing else. I’m fine with people being short I understand it’s late but her attitude was just horrible. To no surprise, my order was wrong but she made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even say anything. It was bad enough for me to leave a review before even leaving the parking lot.
