I do not recommend this location. I placed pizza order over the phone and requested a pizza with a specific sauce. The employee over the phone confirmed the sauce. When delivered they put extra of a different sauce I did not ask for. Instead or telling me that this branch did not carry the balsamic glaze for margarita pizza they put extra olive oil on the pizza making it saturated with oil and grease. When I called the store they did not even try to make it right, they told me I was flat out wrong. “We gave you what you ordered”, the employee said denying me any solution. This made me feel belittled as a paying customer and ultimately like I wasted my money, as the pizza was discarded. I called corporate office in an attempted to be heard by some part of this chain and she was equally rude and said “I can’t help you, you have to call the location you bought it from”. An endless goofy cycle of not taking care of your customers, Donatos. Placing an order with this location was a waste of time and money. Spend your dough for pizza at a restaurant that actually cares about customer service instead of brushing off people who have given them money. How much does remaking an order for a dissatisfied customer actually cost your...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would. Not only was my $70 order incorrect, the store rudely refused to make it right. Here's what happened: placed order online, including a generous tip. An hour later the order was delivered. Opened the order and saw that 2 pizzas were wrong. Called store, employee stated that they would remake the pizzas and that they should arrive in 30-40 minutes. An hour later...no pizzas. We called back again to find out they had not and were not going to make them! "Andrew" (probably not his name) said that he can't run his business "by giving away free pizzas." Andrew was reminded that we paid for our food and that we were only requesting what we paid for. Then Andrew said we "ordered wrong" and that his screen said something different. Then it was a back and forth conversation where he decided he would remake one pizza but that the other was "our fault." (Yes, seriously.) So after over two hours of waiting and $70 spent, we ended up with no pizzas. "Andrew" (again, he lied repeatedly during our conversation, so that might not be his name) was the most unprofessional and unnecessarily rude individual I have ever encountered. Shame on...
Read moreWe relocated to Union within the past year and often try new restaurants around the area. We went to Torres Mexican Steakhouse, which is next to this Donato’s location. We parked in the back lot, where there were two cones with Donato’s employee parking signs, which had cars in them. The spot in between these two did not have a cone or sign, so I parked there. Employees had the back door open and seen me park. When we came outside after eating, there was a Donato’s employee cone moved to the front and back of my vehicle, with two cones on each side. No vehicles parked next to me on either side, and there were many open spots. The employee painting the door acted as if he didn’t notice us. This speaks volumes to the character and integrity of the employees at this place. What a joke. If you had told us every spot back there was for employees, or had the makeshift cones/signs in place, we would have kindly obliged to not park in your spots. We had never came into that lot and didn’t realize there were about 30 spots in the front of your store because you had...
