Dunkin’ Donuts — Restaurant in Florence

We went through the drive-thru today May 9th at 1130 am. Ticket number #3094. We sat for 20 minutes and didn't even get our full order before we gave up and left. I got an iced americano with cream. They forgot the cream. We had an egg sausage and cheese croissant that came out. However we never even got the hot vanilla latte before we just gave up and left. I work in the restaurant industry. I get that there are wild days. But, they weren't even busy, and there was no hussle whatsoever with the crew members. 20 minutes for two coffees and a sandwich, and you cant even get that right? Come on...

Every time we come here, the service gets worse. Also, each time they forget something. Last time it was a donut ( drive-thru) this time it was the snack bacon.. They are not friendly or good at their jobs. I really need to stop thinking they'll get better and just avoid it altogether. No...

I had really bad experience here no one responded right way I got my whole order wrong when we go change it out they fixed it also wrong not even notified they out of hot chocolate and gave me coffee instead of that really bad experience.no...
