New Bamboo Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Florence

If I could give this a 0/5 I absolutely would! Have been going here for a solid 7 months and never order less than $40-$45 dollars of take out each time and it is usually the same order each time. Usually is it good (3-5-4/5*) but they lost my patronage FOREVER! Ordered the Cheese Wontons aa aslways, took my family’s Meal home and saw that they were still white and soggy and limp. They have always been crispy and golden and full of filling. We called them to let them know and they asked if we would bring them in and get a replacement. When taken back in and showing them they asked how we wanted to handle it and we told them a replacement would be fine. Waited for a while and when the new ones were brought out they still were white and soft so I asked them to put them in the fryer again. Lady in the kitchen said something to her that translated (according the to cashier) “if we put them in again the cheese will all come out”. They were rude and were not offering the same service and product that we have always received from them. I advised them that they knew this wasn’t how they should be and had me drive back up there to not get anything fixed. They have lost me as a patronage, and were told so then didn’t even act like they cared. Very poor customer service and completely...

Terrible customer service! There were 5 people waiting in line. Everyone kept walking in and out of the back not even asking if anyone needed to order, pay or anything. Then a customer came in walked around the line and straight up to the side of the counter, the young girl cane out of the back , rung her up and gave her food as if the line was invisible. The customer was very disrespectful, she didn’t even care that it was a line of people who had been waiting. When I finally got to the young girl why would she take a customer that skipped the line when she saw a line of people? She said she didn’t know who was next but that couldn’t be so, when you been walking in and out multiple times and us same people were standing there waiting and you saw us and didn’t say anything. Been eating here for years. The ones leaving 1 star neg reviews are just Karen's. Simple as that. Everytime I go. I call ahead and order. So by the time I get there it's done and I just need to pickup. So this is pointed towards you Ms I'm standing in line and a customer walks right up to the counter. Of course the pickup line is gonna be dealt with be4 you lmao. But fr. You get alot of food for your money and I've eatin at every Chinese food restaurant in florence. No there food is not tasteless. It's dang good. So again. Don't let these Karen's review bomb you and make you think you don't wanna eat here. Just ignore them and try for yourself. Word of advise tho order ahead. Not there....
