Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

My food order was wrong I ordered the patty melt plate extra onions add jalapeños not one onion was on my patty melt ! I ordered my hash browns extra extra crispy told them to burn them along with scattered smothered cover chucked and peppered and again not one onion and not crispy at all just the top was brown if I wanted raw I would of asked for lightly cooked ! The young man on the grill was fast but fast isn’t consistent!!! He was missing ingredients because of his speed !! I mean I even tipped 10.00 to our wonderful friendly outgoing waitress but food was not prepared how I ordered it and missing the main component that I asked for , my husband’s food was correct but to spend 42.40 that’s including the tip and not able to eat my food highly upset me ! Wasn’t driving back tho it’s late and we had to get home to our children!!! We have never had an issue with this Waffle House that’s why we are regulars at this location!!! I’m Highly disappointed tonight tho with the money we spent and the food we received! Service from waitress was amazing tho !!! Horrible customer service. Did a call in order here with danielle over phone service customer service then was fine. Picked up my order got to my car and realized that i only had 1 waffle when i ordered two. Seeing as i paid 4 dollars and some change for 1 pecan waffle. Went back in to only asked had i been charged for 1 or 2 waffles since she didnt give me my receipt and she said that i was only been charged for 1. This was after i had been standing at the register with no other customers in front or behind for being ignored as she intenionally turned her bavk as a fellow waitress stood gacing me n the mumbled and talked. Then a cop comes in and sits at the counter right next to wjere i was standing he is serviced and im still ignored then her coworker whose also stood next to her the entire time looking straight at me while danielle had her back turned until the cop came in. Then finally her coworker asks do i need something. After getting home i found out a double order of waffles is 4.00 plus the extra for the pecans. so why not give me what i paid for would give u all a 0 but theres no...

Came in tonight at 7:50 5 out of 6 tables were dirty had plates and cups from last people on them even on the bar the 6th table was taken there was 5 people in there .. the lady looked at us like we were stupid when we were just standing at door like what are y'all doing..i said um the tables are dirty? She acted like she had a problem to have to clean a table ..so than we sit down our watriess name was kristin she was like "y'all ready to order we order and pretty much had to tell her our drinks ourselves..than we sat there for like 15 mins still no drinks she was taking her time cleaning a table nobody was even coming in..we were about to leave till she finally gave our order to cook like 5 min later after that we waited she finally made our drinks came back over said sorry I'm the only one here "like she had other customers or something than just threw our straws on the table and walked away! Heck no so we got up told cook we wanted to cancel our order and we left! Kristin had NO customer service very rude and will NEVER eat...
