Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Florence Little Caesars!! I don’t know his name, but the guy with the glasses that takes the orders is the best customer service guy ever. And him and the cook have turned this restaurant around. A few years ago, I hated this one, but now I literally won’t go anywhere else. They make those pizzas FRESH. For $7, that stuffed crust pepperoni cannot be beaten. What even is dominos now. And he always has a smile on his face and is so nice. Seriously don’t get pizza anywhere else; they’ll take great care of you! Owner of this joint, give the two men working tonight a huge promotion cause they deserve it. I live right down the street and my husband and I LOVE pizza so we go here about once a week. Sad to say, after today, we will NOT be going back. I was eating a slice of pizza and pulled a long brown hair out of the cheese (I have bright red hair) I am disgusted and I will not be returning. I called and spoke with "Amanda" the "manager" and she was very rude about it. She asked "I'm assuming you want us to remake the pizza" and I said "No thank you, I was just letting you guys know that whoever makes the pizzas needs to wear a hair net". She didn't apologize or anything, I'm very upset about this, it was truly disgusting. I wish I could give...

Was greeted with a smile.. Tall Gentleman was extremely nice.. I ordered a Meat Treat Pizza and wings..The Buffalo sauce on the wings wasn't to my liking, but I'm sure it's just a pre-made sauce they use , so that's not on them.. but the pizza was amazing..I say that because that was my 1st time ever having a pizza and the Dough was more on the light side(airy) versus heavy dough.. I would definitely come here again... signed.....
