Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

Pizza/food has always been good. Service, cannot say the same. Over the first quarter of 2022 something has changed. February, the website was not working, so I called in an order. Person taking the order was distracted, did not know the menu, but took my card fine. Arrived to pick up, no one at the drive through, doors locked. Went back to drive through and knocked and a man came to the window and said they were closed due to weather. I noted that the earlier storm warning was already canceled and I had paid for an order. He turned around and said, "Oh, then this must be yours" handed me my food. Closed the window and turned out the light. One month later, I order online get notified my order is ready, get to the store and sit in line for 14 minutes. Drove around to walk up, doors are all locked, no signs. Go back to the drive through and finally get to the window where several signs are posted about no ordering at the drive through, etc. I asked why the doors were locked and was told it was due to Covid. No was masked, or gloved. There were no signs as mentioned. Total time to pick up order AFTER it was ready was 23 minutes. It was ordered and completed in less. Probably...

We just had a pizza delivered to North Alabama Medical Center. My wife has been in the hospital here for a week now. She hasn't been able to eat much and was craving pizza tonight. When the young lady arrived with the pizza I was busy helping my wife to the bathroom. I asked if she could bring it to our room on the fourth floor. When she came in she asked if she could pray with my wife! And let me tell you this young lady done some praying! Just goes to show you there's still good hearted, kind, caring, God fearing people out there! The young lady's name is Nesha. I didn't get her last name but I just thought I needed to get on here and give her some praise and recognition. Her light definitely shines bright! And oh yeah the food...

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Beware of this location!!! The management needs to go!! They will NOT remake or refund an error!!! I never get on here to leave bad reviews but everyone must know to avoid this place at all costs. Ive remained calm when I called and yet I still get a no on a remake, not once but twice now. Any other pizza place offers a remake or refund, you wont get either here. It's a scam location!!! Customer satisfaction is not important at all. Is there some management bonus for not having refunds or remakes or what!? Shame on...
